I was transferred to The Springs of Mooresville from the hospital for rehab on walking. I have nothing but praise for this facility. The staff from aides, nurses, therapists, office staff, etc., all are very encouraging and help you feel good about any forward accomplishment that you make towards recovery. Everyone made me feel like a human with feelings and cared that I was doing well. I was at the facility for one month and have no reservations in recommending The Springs of Mooresville to anyone considering rehab.

I had the pleasure of having my Aunt move into this community a few months ago. While I was visiting recently, all of the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, rooms and common areas were clean, and my Aunt just raves about how great the food is. For someone like my Aunt who was very skeptical about leaving her home, it was a truly a joy to see her thriving at her new community with the support she was missing at home. She seems to be thriving at all of the social events and settling in well. I would highly recommend them!

very nice facility. My father has been complaining about the directors lately not caring anymore. Mentioned a Miranda rushing him and making him feel dismissed. He said quality of care hasn’t been the best and would like to move.

I was so disappointed in this place. My friends mom was there for 3 weeks and she came home missing half her clothes. She smelled like cattle. A bed sore they couldn't keep clean and dry and offered her assisted living, for 18,000 a month. The springs is nothing but a for profit grift.

My Dad has been a resident for a little over a year. He came into rehab and decided it was best for him to stay in long term care. He is in a safe place with good care. The food is good and they have a lot of activities to get involved. The staff is friendly. It brings a peace of mind that he is being taken care of.

We are so grateful for the kindness, compassion, and attentiveness shown to my father over his 2 mo rehab stay at The Springs. He was unable to even stand when admitted, but has shown amazing improvement due to the consistent, considerate, and thorough PT, OT, and nursing care he received there. They got him in good shape, able to return home walking again! I also appreciated the clean environment, happy atmosphere, and taking him for walks to enjoy their beautiful outdoor garden areas. It’s a special place!

The Springs of Mooresville is a wonderful place. The staff is very caring and work very well with families. They have a wonderful, clean environment with lots of activities for a wide range of interests. The food is also very good and families are welcome to eat with their family members. They also have a beautiful piano that my daughter was able to play for her grandmother while she was in the Springs. The rehab portion of the facility where the PT, OT and speech therapy take place is beautiful and staffed with wonderful caring staff. Our family was pleased with the care that my mom received.

My dad was here for just over a month and they did a great job. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and seemed to genuinely care about his well being and healing. He didn’t love that he had to be there but he did love the place given the circumstances.

My grandparents were here multiple times for rehab. Both times they were able to get stronger and return home. They both are now thriving at home because of their experience at the springs. The staff was friendly and we really appreciate the care they received.

The facility is inviting and staff from caregivers to housekeeping treat residents and families with respect and compassion. Having an aging parent with health issues is very stressful and it is important to visit as often as you can, but my experience of being contacted by staff of any concerns or new health issues is excellent. The Springs residents, family members and staff have become a new extended family and support group.

My mother is receiving excellent care. They take pride in making the residents feel like they matter and are comfortable. The staff is friendly and takes the time to get to know the residents and their families. The facility is always clean and welcoming. With experience at other facilities, I can say this is as good as it gets. Our experience at The Springs of Mooresville has been truly wonderful!

My husband had a double Knee replacement and went to the springs for two weeks of rehab. His care was exceptional, they were so kind Not only to him but also to me. His physical therapy was incredible. He would not have been doing as well as he he did if had not gone there. He even did his out patient therapy there. The staff was wonderful. The staff is caring and compassionate with the residents. The fact that they have single rooms is a real bonus that not everyone has or few nursing facilities have. I have been a resident here since 9/2022. There are a lot of activities offered and field trips to go out to eat.

Wow, this place is free of odors, beautifully decorated, and very clean! It was quiet, and peaceful at 7:30pm. I spoke with several nurses, and they were kind, and friendly. A really nice place!

My mother spent 2 months in the Springs for Physical and Speech Therapy after her stroke, during Covid, 2 years ago. When cancer robbed her of her strength and she needed to return to rehab, she wanted to return here which says much about the staff. Between the food, the CNAs, the nurses, the therapy staff, and all the smiling people, my mother felt looked after during the most vulnerable part of her life. I will always be thankful and appreciative for what this place has done for my family.

My father was there for over a month, and I spent a lot of long days there. What a wonderful place! The entire staff treats all the residents with respect and kindness. The facility is very clean and beautiful. The food is great, and there is an unbelievable list of activities for residents to participate in. My dad was happy there.

Stayed at the Springs of Mooresville for a Rehab stay after having a anterior hip replacement the staff and physical and occupational therapist's did a wonderful job Top-Notch facility

My mom needed short term rehab after a hospital stay. The rehabilitation staff seems pretty good. Most of the nurses are adequate. The rest of the staff is pretty horrible. Twice they have gotten her up to move her and forgot the catheter she had in and they ripped it out. The second time she had blood in her urine. This is totally unacceptable behavior. It's not hard to transfer the catheter bag to the wheelchair before moving her The other horribly bad thing is if you hit the call button it is at least 30 minutes before anyone shows up, if they bother to show up at all. . .but if u poke your head out and look they are congregating and just talking about nothing. . .and more times than not whoever does show up is not qualified to do whatever u need done. Overall they get the job done. . . But they are lacking in most areas.

Could not have picked a better place for my Mother !! Excellent care. Prompt attention when the call button is pushed. Very competent Physical Therapy staff. Private rooms with bath, TV, phone, plenty of room to make it "home" for the resident. Great food. Plenty of activities both in house and trips. My wife calls it "A Community of Caring" - I agree.
