We have had Firefly since my husband was released from the hospital in November 2023. Everyone that we have dealt with have been very professional and when we needed to adjust the schedule they were very helpful to do it. We have had the same caregiver since the first of December 2023 and we are very comfortable with her care. She is awesome!! We would highly recommend Firefly to anyone.

Firefly is really a great place to work. Every time I call the office they are so helpful, cheerful and encouraging and take the time to answer my questions. I really appreciate how hard they have worked to find clients who were just the right fit for me and also the client. Everyone at Firefly are awesome! When I have a question they are right there to help or to find someone who can and they do it all with such kindness. The aides who help my dad are always on time, full of joy and ready to help with a variety of things that allow him to be able to stay in his home.
