My aunt was in this facility for 5 months. In that time they took her to the dr 0 times. Always an excuse including that they owed the transportation company money. Altho there are some nurses who care most are there for social and phone time. She had a wound that needed every day care. She was lucky to have it done 1 times a week. When you approach the office staff on problems they never did anything about the problems. The kitchen staff were horrible. Most times the food was not edible. There was roaches among other bugs in the cafeteria area. in the I would strongly recommend you do not go here. Even called main office talked to the staff there. Nothing was ever done. This facility only cares about getting your money not the care of your loved one. Many times she did not even get her daily medicine.

this place is a major disapoinment, i have live here for 2 years and the help they give you not that great. if you want a senior care that is respectful don't come here because if you need changed out of wet brief they make you wait for 2 hours or more. and the aids aren't very friendly.

We went on a tour of the facility to place one of my family members and I was blown away by the cleanliness. Staff were amazing and so inviting. We loved the fountain in the front. Follow through by admission staff has been unbeatable! 5 stars, well done Majestic Care!

I've been here at the Majestic for the past 18 months and, when all things considered, I can honestly rate the facilities at a 4 out of 5. They really do work hard here to insure the best care possible for each individual patient/resident. I worked in Healthcare for 30+ years and I can honestly say that the staff here will do their best to make your experiences here heartfelt and positive. The prevailing atmosphere here is very family-like and comfortable, whether you are a rehab to home patient or someone who needs long term care. Is it perfect here, of course not, but there is healing here and isn't that the bottom line?

My mother in law was in Majestic Care for approx 2 weeks . Thanks to Angela Kiser who helped get her transferred from PARKVIEW HOSPITAL in Fort Wayne to Goshen . Majestic Care was the best place for my MIL , she received great care and everyone was very nice and helpful when needed . We would definitely take her here again if need be . Lisa , the Social Services director was great , she was on top on everything and made dismissal very easy . I would definitely recommend Majestic Care of Goshen to anyone who needs short term therapy for a family member or themselves.

The employees made my transition for rehab easy. The aides on dogwood were exceptional, the social worker was great ensuring a easy transition of returning home. I would recommend majestic care of Goshen to my friends and family
