My aunt was in this facility for 5 months. In that time they took her to the dr 0 times. Always an excuse including that they owed the transportation company money. Altho there are some nurses who care most are there for social and phone time. She had a wound that needed every day care. She was lucky to have it done 1 times a week. When you approach the office staff on problems they never did anything about the problems. The kitchen staff were horrible. Most times the food was not edible. There was roaches among other bugs in the cafeteria area. in the I would strongly recommend you do not go here. Even called main office talked to the staff there. Nothing was ever done. This facility only cares about getting your money not the care of your loved one. Many times she did not even get her daily medicine.

I think this place and the workers are great. I worked so hard for four years to get my mom here. Where she was they were mistreating her. They helped my family get her here. They are for the patients. I truly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is amazing. I had a chance to visit last week and I was highly impressed. Upon walking up to the building the first thing I saw were engaged, well-cared for residents sitting among peaceful landscaping and talking with one another by the fountain. I then had the chance to take a tour of the building and things just kept getting better. Forget your perceptions of nursing homes - this place is bright, cheerful, free of odors, the staff are very courteous and most importantly of all - the residents are out and about, engaged and enjoying themselves. This is exactly the kind of place I'd want my loved ones to receive care if and when the time comes.

this place is a major disapoinment, i have live here for 2 years and the help they give you not that great. if you want a senior care that is respectful don't come here because if you need changed out of wet brief they make you wait for 2 hours or more. and the aids aren't very friendly.

While state is here ice and water get passed each shift but the day they are gone you have to ask for ice water. I have a ostomy bag for urine and bowl. My over night urine bag is supposed to be emptied at the end of each shift. For whatever reason 1st shift does not empty it so by the time 2nd shift does it is very full. This is not good. If urine backs up in my kidney I could get really sick. The house keeper only cleans off my tray table about once a week. The response time with call lights at times is 45 minutes or longer. Staffing is getting better with some new faces. I had to switch my showers to 3 shift just so I could get then on the days I was supposed to. There has been nights I have had to get a shower at 3 am just to make sure I got one.

I was at Majestic of Goshen for nearly eight weeks. Going into a rehabilitation facility was very hard for me, but the staff was very reassuring and friendly. By the time I left, I was sad to leave some incredible people. The aides took very good care of me, especially Leslie, Dani and Lorena. The nurses were very knowledgeable and helpful, Jomer, Ben, Elizabeth and Genita to name a few. The staff in therapy really gave me the tools I need to be able to exercise and build strength from my wheelchair. They’re so encouraging and really want to see their patients progress to the best physical level they can. Thank you for taking such good care of me and getting me ready to be at home with my family.

My mother in law was in Majestic Care for approx 2 weeks . Thanks to Angela Kiser who helped get her transferred from PARKVIEW HOSPITAL in Fort Wayne to Goshen . Majestic Care was the best place for my MIL , she received great care and everyone was very nice and helpful when needed . We would definitely take her here again if need be . Lisa , the Social Services director was great , she was on top on everything and made dismissal very easy . I would definitely recommend Majestic Care of Goshen to anyone who needs short term therapy for a family member or themselves.

I've been here at the Majestic for the past 18 months and, when all things considered, I can honestly rate the facilities at a 4 out of 5. They really do work hard here to insure the best care possible for each individual patient/resident. I worked in Healthcare for 30+ years and I can honestly say that the staff here will do their best to make your experiences here heartfelt and positive. The prevailing atmosphere here is very family-like and comfortable, whether you are a rehab to home patient or someone who needs long term care. Is it perfect here, of course not, but there is healing here and isn't that the bottom line?

The employees made my transition for rehab easy. The aides on dogwood were exceptional, the social worker was great ensuring a easy transition of returning home. I would recommend majestic care of Goshen to my friends and family

My mother Sandra was a patient at Majestic Care of Goshen for rehabilitation and received very attentive care and treatment. We were even able to bring her service dog to visit regularly which helped her alot. Shortly before discharge she became unresponsive due to an ongoing medical condition and the team and their prompt response saved her life. After she was discharged from Goshen Hospital she elected to transition back to Majestic for hospice. We had sort of a rocky start due to a delay in receiving a plan of care from the hospice nurse which was totally not their fault but they were able to manage by using emergency supplies and once again provided flawless care until her transition. I cannot thank them enough and I cannot say enough good things to describe the level of care and compassion she received while there. I thank God the entire team and pray that they are blessed in ways that only God can provide. Thanks so much Majestic Care of Goshen!

Last night I couldn't sleep,restless of not knowing what direction to go to get help for my sister.Scrolling across Google I came across Majestic.I filled some info out and several minutes later I received a call from Angela Kiser.So professional,caring and most of all helpful at so many levels of options to help me get the proper care for my sister.We set up a time the next day to meet and talk about the care for my sister.Jeanette Garbison also meet with us.It was nice to express my concerns and issues and they both listened.Helped with a plan in motion for the present and future for my sister.Jeanette gave us a thorough walk threw of the facility and all the activities available. Looking forward to helping my sister move into the facility on Sunday and seeing her improvement! progress
