My Mom has been a memory care resident at Cedar Creek for over a year now and I can't compliment their staff from top to bottom enough. Between the themed events, the field trips, and daily staff involvement my mom is living her best life. She even got a day at the beach with staff and I saw her smile and spunk come back! I would highly recommend Cedar Creek Health Campus for assisted living and/or memory care to anyone (and I have to a couple of friends already). As a Disney guy and lover of good customer service, I feel that Cedar Creek does everything they can to make their residents feel special and cared for by going above and beyond every single day. Thanks to everyone at Cedar Creek for everything you do. I know my mom is safe, happy and cared for! 🙂

Cedar creek is beautiful & it's extremely clean but the thing that makes this skilled nursing facility stand out from the rest is the quality of care from every single employee. Would never have expected such exceptional care for my parents and every time I visit I am blown away. They include the families of residents a LOT! And the food is great which makes my parents very happy. 10/10 highly recommend

I am fortunate to work at Cedar Creek in the Admissions Dept.! It is a wonderful facility and I work with families who are choosing to bring their loved ones in for care. We have a great team of employees who all work together to make our facility one of the best in NWI. I would encourage anyone who is in need of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Care or Rehabilitation to consider us. You won't be sorry!

My Grandmother moved in Assisted Living this fall and her quality of life has greatly improved! She loves going to the dining room for all her meals, loves having a hot breakfast with her peers in the morning and is always out and about with activities! She just loves her therapy time too, always has fun with therapy! Thank you ALL!

My mom recently became a resident at Cedar Creek Health Campus. My family is thrilled with the care she has been given. She loves the staff and they treat her like one of their family. If you ask her what she likes about the place, she will tell you the staff and the food. The staff keeps us informed of her health care and other needs. She has made friends with the other residents and appreciates the beautiful grounds that are there for her to enjoy. I can't say enough about the place and staff. It is a great place for your loved ones.

My grandma in law is a resident at Cedar Creek. She is well cared for and loved by the staff. She has adjusted well to living at Cedar Creek because staff is so kind and attentive to her. The staff keeps me informed of any changes or concerns they may have which is reassuring to know they are really looking after her. Myself and family find great comfort in knowing grandma is happy and her needs are being met at Cedar Creek!

My brother, who is a 48 year old stroke patient, has received the best care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at Cedar Creek. The staff has been phenomenal. They are always willing to go the extra mile. I call the facility with a question or a request and they are on it in a short amount of time. Jana will email me back at 10pm with a response. If you need a place for your loved one, this would be my first choice.

The staff and care surpassed expectations. They really do treat the patients/residents like family. My father was in there 2x. Food was decent. Everyone there was very kind and really acted like they love their job. They were very respectful when he died. Gave our family plenty of time to visit with him after. Visiting family can join them for dinner. They had entertainment on fridays. They even served beer or wine and would order out for pizza. I cannot say enough about this place. I'm praying I can do my rehab there after I have my hip replaced.

This place almost made ME want to move in! My mother in law had a serious health problem and already had many she was battling at the time and when she was released from the hospital in crown point she was sent to Symphony to "recover". However she was given the wrong medication or not given the medication she needed sometimes in the same day. She had asked for imodium for 4 days 2-3 times a day and she finally got it on the 5th day when her stomach was better and she had to fake taking it the they told her that she had to take it since they got it for her. The nurses there had horrible bedside manner but, at cedar creek it was the polar opposite. They knew her name.... first day! They even knew ours when we visited. It was literally like a resort vacation for her. She loved the food, the staff, the quality of her room, and pretty much everything else about the place. She has been home for over a year now and they sent her a gift basket the day she left, a week after she had gotten home, and for her birthday. She especially loved that she was able to ask for icecream anytime she wanted and she would get it within 5 minutes because they answered every nurse call light immediately and took care of anything right away. I can't say enough great things about this place! I highly recommend it to everyone!
