My brother and I faced one of the most difficult decisions of our lives when our aunt's health began to decline and we could no longer provide the 24-hour care she needed and deserved. From the moment Aunt Lou arrived at Cedar Creek, we knew we had made the right choice. The entire staff treated her with kindness, dignity, and respect every single day. From the nurses and CNAs to the physical therapists, housekeeping staff, and cooks, everyone played a part in making her feel comfortable, valued, and cared for. Their dedication and compassion brought our family tremendous peace of mind during a challenging time. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care Aunt Lou received. When my daughter and I were looking for a place for my Husband who needed rehab, Barbara took the time to sit with us and guide us through the process, answering every question we had, and providing lots of information to ease our minds. My dad has been at cedar creek 2 years now and he's 99. I am very appreciative of the people that work here. Dad has someone to watch him and talk to him. He is much happier having the nurses interact with him, I have alot of comfort knowing they're there for him. Thanks, dad's children 🙂

The team at Cedar Creek treats each resident with dignity and compassion, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the well-being of those they serve. My grandmother was a resident there and she loved everything from the food to the entertainment/socials. Never had a complaint of any staff. I would highly recommend cedar creek to anyone!

Cedar Creek is a beautiful and clean facility where the staff is compassionate and treat their residents like their own family. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help in any way they are able. There are many activities to keep the residents engaged and many family events throughout the year. Knowing that my mom is in a safe place and is well cared for when I am unable to provide the care she needs gives me piece of mind and brings me comfort. Would highly recommend Cedar Creek whether someone needs short term rehab (therapy is terrific), assisted living, or long term care.

This is a little long but worth reading. We moved my dad (Antonio) to Cedar Creek in December of 2023. Initially he was in skilled nursing due to needing rehab and extra attention for 2 months. Prior to this he was living independently at another facility. At this point he needed to be in Assisted Living. Cedar Creek let dad stay until an AL room was available. We would visit dad 3-4 times a week and every time the entire facility was always clean, free of clutter, and fresh smelling. I've been to 6 other facilities and that is not always the case. Many times while walking through, I would see a staff member helping a resident with care and compassion. The staff member would have their back to me so they did not know I was there. I was always called whenever dad had a health event.They have many activities for residents to do and a monthly brunch for families to come in and eat with your loved one. Sadly dad passed on Easter of 2025. I will continue to recommend Cedar Creek to friends and co-workers for their family members. I want to thank Barb, Jana, Erin, Brandi and the rest of the staff. I can't remember all the staff names but all were kind including, but not limited to, Physical therapy, Food Services, House Keeping, Social Workers, Administration, Maintenance, and the Nurses Aids. I hope I mentioned all of the staff and want to thank you for helping make dad's last year and 5 months as best as it could be. ~Pat

Hubby stayed in respite care while I visited my 90 yr old sister. He made friends quickly. Enjoyed social hour. Food and nursing care A++. Staff so friendly and caring. They addressed each person by name. I felt comfortable leaving him for several days as he was well cared for and safe. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Cedar Creek Health Campus is a great facility - beautiful, clean, and staffed with compassionate caregivers. After residing there for going on three years, my mother continues to be well cared for and treated like "one of the family." When she had to move to a different area of the facility, I was afraid she would have a hard time but she adjusted well. She is comfortable there and has made it her home. It's normal to find her taking walks or laughing with others. Staff are friendly and attentive to her needs. They are responsive to any concerns or needs that my mother or I have, are quick to find a solution, and keep me updated with outcomes. I appreciate that there are fun activities for the residents and lots of family events, too. I also appreciate the guidance and assistance I have received with the financial part of having a loved on in a care facility. Cedar Creek has been a good fit for my 86 year old mother. She is happy and well cared for which gives me much peace of mind. I am grateful.

I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek Health Campus in Lowell, IN. The staff there are GREAT! They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and take excellent care of our mother. The meal service is wonderful. They provide a variety of tasty dishes and choices for the residents. The staff are supportive and genuinely want the best care for your family member.

My Mom has been a memory care resident at Cedar Creek for over a year now and I can't compliment their staff from top to bottom enough. Between the themed events, the field trips, and daily staff involvement my mom is living her best life. She even got a day at the beach with staff and I saw her smile and spunk come back! I would highly recommend Cedar Creek Health Campus for assisted living and/or memory care to anyone (and I have to a couple of friends already). As a Disney guy and lover of good customer service, I feel that Cedar Creek does everything they can to make their residents feel special and cared for by going above and beyond every single day. Thanks to everyone at Cedar Creek for everything you do. I know my mom is safe, happy and cared for! 🙂

Cedar creek is beautiful & it’s extremely clean but the thing that makes this skilled nursing facility stand out from the rest is the quality of care from every single employee. Would never have expected such exceptional care for my parents and every time I visit I am blown away. They include the families of residents a LOT! And the food is great which makes my parents very happy. 10/10 highly recommend

My brother, who is a 48 year old stroke patient, has received the best care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy at Cedar Creek. The staff has been phenomenal. They are always willing to go the extra mile. I call the facility with a question or a request and they are on it in a short amount of time. Jana will email me back at 10pm with a response. If you need a place for your loved one, this would be my first choice.

My Grandmother moved in Assisted Living this fall and her quality of life has greatly improved! She loves going to the dining room for all her meals, loves having a hot breakfast with her peers in the morning and is always out and about with activities! The staff and care surpassed expectations. They really do treat the patients/residents like family. My father was in there 2x. Food was decent. Everyone there was very kind and really acted like they love their job. They were very respectful when he died. Gave our family plenty of time to visit with him after. Visiting family can join them for dinner. They had entertainment on fridays. They even served beer or wine and would order out for pizza. I cannot say enough about this place. I'm praying I can do my rehab there after I have my hip replaced.

This place almost made ME want to move in! My mother in law had a serious health problem and already had many she was battling at the time and when she was released from the hospital in crown point she was sent to Symphony to "recover". However she was given the wrong medication or not given the medication she needed sometimes in the same day. She had asked for imodium for 4 days 2-3 times a day and she finally got it on the 5th day when her stomach was better and she had to fake taking it the they told her that she had to take it since they got it for her. The nurses there had horrible bedside manner but, at cedar creek it was the polar opposite. They knew her name.... first day! They even knew ours when we visited. It was literally like a resort vacation for her. She loved the food, the staff, the quality of her room, and pretty much everything else about the place. She has been home for over a year now and they sent her a gift basket the day she left, a week after she had gotten home, and for her birthday. She especially loved that she was able to ask for icecream anytime she wanted and she would get it within 5 minutes because they answered every nurse call light immediately and took care of anything right away. I can't say enough great things about this place! I highly recommend it to everyone!

Thank you Barbara Oliver and Cedar Creek Health Campus!!! My ninety year old Mom was recently injurred and had to be hospitalized in a rehab hospital facility. After spending about 2.5 months in the rehab hospital; my Mom was placed in long term care in the same place. After evaluating the facilty that my Mom was placed in, my Sister began to search for an alternate facility that could provide my Mom with the level of care and ammenaties that she desires and deserves. My sister found CEDAR CREEK HEALTH CAMPUS in Lowell, IN. After thoroughly researching Cedar Creek, my Sister spoke to BARBARA OLIVER, who gave her a complete tour of CEDAR CREEK and explained all of the admission process information that was necessary to obtain placement for my Mom at this oustanding facility. My Mom will be moving in to Cedar Creek in 2 days!!! We are beyond grateful for all of the help that BARBARA OLIVER provided. I highly recommend BARBARA OLIVER and Cedar Creek for the outstanding service that was provided for my Mom and my family. Barbara is an Angel on Earth! Incidentally this place is beautiful and has a wonderful energy that creates a feeling of warmth and safety. Note to Barbara Oliver: keep doing what you are doing, you're awesome at the work that you do everyday. Thank you so much!

This place took phenomenal care of my grandmother, the staff were so nice and willing to make her as comfortable as possible. They even followed up with us and sent flowers after she passed away. They are the best nursing home/senior care center in all of Indiana.
