I have had the same to caregivers for 2 and 1/2 years and I have to give them both a five-star rating. They both go above and beyond what their job description is in order to facilitate my needs. My caregivers really care about my welfare and have become like family. I would never think of replacing them or replacing comfort keepers as my provider. Crystal and Pedro are my caregivers.

My clients compliment me daily and make me love what I do even more. Going above and beyond is always a priority to me. The staff at Comfort Keepers hands down rocks any employer I've ever had!!! They make me feel valued and appreciated. Alot of companies don't do so well in that area. Things happen in life and schedules need to be rearranged and when you call, everyone in the office is always so kind and understanding. That goes for anything. I started working with Comfort Keepers in Lafayette recently to find a caregiver for my mom. I have over 30 years of experience working with home health agencies from the employee side to being a client myself, so I am VERY selective. This particular agency is OUTSTANDING. Honestly, I have never, EVER had such a great experience. The STAFF is professional, compassionate and FAST with answering questions. The owner is very hands on and so pleasant. I have to give a special shout out to Jennifer, in the office, for being so patient with me lol.
