The saff is amazing at all levels! The aids, nurses, physical therapy, DON, and executive team members have been phenomenal with our Aunt. She has been here for a few years and everyone is so caring and compassionate. I HIGHLY recommend this facility!

I went in on a self guided tour (I'll talk about this below) my first impression when I walked in was that it did smell clean. I was greeted by several smiling residents. They seemed to be in good spirits. Speaking with staff and a few residents I got plenty of information on their quality of life there which was very nice. The staff were kind of split 50/50 on how they liked working there. I heard a lot of good things about their food. The one big sale for this place is that they are independent, assisted and Memory Care all in one. So if I decide to move my mom here and she really likes it and they take good care of her it's pretty much a One-Stop shop. (if you can do a self guided tour I recommend it, I don't like to let any marketing people know I'm looking because they just give you the "sell", I prefer speaking to staff and residents without their bosses around if it's someplace you seem to like then definitely schedule a a tour with their people) good luck

My bestfriend is Ali, she is the Memory Care Director. She invites me and my 2 children to most of the events and we absolutely love coming to them. The staff is amazing and so great with my kids. The residents love to see my 2 little girls and I feel like it brightens their time, while we are there. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is so helpful and kind. Everything is clean and well-taken care of. The events are always so much fun ((for all ages)) and my children usually fall asleep as soon as we leave the parking lot, because of all the excitement. If I had an elderly family member that needed special care, Brentwood would be my first choice.

Brentwood has truly transformed in the 6 months, with focus on making the resident’s the main point and making sure their needs are being cared for and met. As I’ve walked down the hallways, I’ve noticed bigger smiles and contagious laughs of resident’s feeling right at home, and you can’t help but to crack a smile and laugh right along with them. Keep up the Great work Brentwood Staff.

Check out 2nd floor! I see all these wonderful review's on Brentwood and how great it is, Now let me tell you what 2nd floor in memory care and what my brother and myself has seen. At sign in a (lady)? will lie to you and tell you the loved one you came to see isn't there and when I told her that I have been visiting my mother there for a month and I don't appreciate her lying to me. She reply's (That's what i'm paid to do) !

Clean and pretty place, but watch leaving the resident doors open... people walking by can see right in their room, and the resident may not be in a presentable position.

This is a really nice assisted living facility with individual apartments and a secure memory care unit which requires an elevator entry code to access the unit. It has great ambiance and is kept very clean. The staff seems to care about each person living there.
