A few of my family members have now been at Brookside for both Rehab and Assisted Living and have had amazing experiences. The staff are very involved and treated my loved ones with kindness and even shared many laughs together during a very difficult time. Brookside Village is a great place if you are needing short term rehab, Assisted Living, or Long term Care!

I want to thank the Staff at Brookside in Jasper a big warm thank you. My mother has been in here twice. Once for a shattered femur and recently a Mini Stroke. The administration team worked with them from start to finish and was very informative to the families questions, concerns and accommodations for my dad. While dad was spending endless hours there they took inconsideration what he was going through and that meant a lot. Each staff member there is just as important as the other. What you all do for the patients is more than just a thank you. Keep up what your doing people do notice and it is appreciated. So thank you thank you thank you.Sincerely,Stillwell Family

It has taken me a little time to do this. This year my Dad a.k.a PAP was admitted to Brookside for rehab. Pap was the kind of guy that did not meet a stranger. I think a few of the staff fell for his bright blue eyes and charm. I cannot begin to thank your facility enough for the great care that he was given. His sister, my Aunt Jo was admitted to your facility as well. She always told me how nice everyone was to her. They both passed away recently, and it has been a difficult time for me. Without Brookside, we could not have given them the care they needed and deserved. Thank you for not only taking care of Pap & Jo, but for treating them like your own family. We will be forever grateful.

I think that people should apologize for wrongfully firing 2 strong CNAs. Knowing for a fact that they were in the wrong. I miss those who knew that I and another was done wrong.
