This is the place for all us empty nesters! One price per month, no gas bill, no electric bill, trash valet, little parties about every weekend in one of these buildings. Maintenance is 5 They're completely thorough, clean, quick. If you are an older child looking for a place for mom and dad, this is it. If it looks a little messy it's because they're remodeling and they're awesome! We're very blessed to meet all the employees here too. What a lovely, well-kept community! As a lifelong Indianapolis northside resident, I honestly was not expecting such a beautiful community with numerous amenities on the westside. I toured the apartment community last week and fell in love with it. I plan to submit my application since I am newly retired and looking to downsize. The one bedroom apartments are an excellent value as the monthly rent includes ALL your utilities! The leasing agent was very friendly, kind, and listened to my needs. She explained that the community has several renovations planned, including a new dining room, pickleball court, walking trail, and recreation center. As an active senior, I am looking forward to using all of these amenities. I also noticed that the community's grounds were well-kept and very clean with easy access to 465 and nearby shopping. Looking forward to moving in!

They have over 800 or more apts so expect anything you need fixed can take too long and they have also not put my maintenance order in. I’ve been a part of Pinnacle West since June 2023 I really enjoy the residents throughout the complex everyone here treat one another as family and with respect. Management is working very hard to improve the neighborhood by providing entertainment and gathering events so that the residents can meet people from different buildings my favorite is paint & sip . In building #2 we have what we call first Friday of every month in which we gather for food , music , dancing and some sipping just old fashion fun. I’ve personally recommended a few friends to join the community. Special thanks to Misty for taking the time to listen any issues that may arise also to Nedra for providing information and assistance to any issues that arise. I have noticed a lot of improvements throughout the property within the last year. A different company purchased the property, but they have put a lot more money into the buildings than the last two companies ever did. We have all new flooring in the hallways, updated and brighter lighting fixtures in the hallways, quicker responses to maintenance needs, and more. It has been a great place to live and I am excited to see what other changes they bring to the place I call home.

This community sets itself apart with the staff alone. The employees are great, especially Samantha! She is so helpful, kind and caring with the residents. Many of the staff has worked with seniors for a long time and you can tell by how dedicated they are to the residents. The apartments are very nice and affordable. They recently renovated the apartments and everything in them is brand new. They offer shuttle transportation for those that don’t drive, activities, and a fitness center. They are also doing updates to the property so there will be even more amenities in the near future. I highly recommend!

As an RN, a busy Clinical Liaison, and son to aging parents, I consistently visit Senior Apartments and other complexes several times a week. Much to my surprise, I discovered Pinnacle West over off 465 on the West side. The Campus’ building and grounds always clean and well manicured, well lit, and easy to navigate. Plenty of parking, lots of cool places near by, and close to 465 for convenience. I have met their Property Manager Misty Gossage and her dedicated team several times. They are always busy helping residents, educating people on available resources, and making them feel secure. I wish I had found this place when looking for an apartment for my Mom. If you’re looking for a senior complex, or have a friend or family looking, I suggest adding this one to your list to tour. Maybe bring a suitcase, you will probably want to move in. Mom would have wanted to for sure and that makes me smile every time I drive to Pinnacle West !

Good review huh. Well how about hot water, pipes that don't vibrant all night, worthy heating. Supposedly I got a new heater blows cold air on 81 heat setting, still have mice visiting. If you want a good review solve some of these issues. I posted a bad review before you ask me to take it down I did but in return I have the same problems and some new ones added. I like living here but not the problems that come with it. August 7,2025 How can you have balance when you pay the amount that they tell you? Every month it's always something. I have been told my rent was late several times when it wasn't now I owe .86 cents but if I have pain more than the amount owed in the pass how do I owe monies? Looks like you need people the can count and do correct bookkeeping. You can't had it both ways if I paid more than was owe then how can I owe money doesn't make sense

I reported it to the office and soon I had Cabbie Wooten looking like she came out of Ghostbusters at my door She looked around, she sprayed around, and we're very courteous and kind. She said she would be back and check again, and every time she was there on time on the day she said she would be. I am happy now to say I am pest free and I think I maybe I made a new friend. Pinnacle really does try to do all they can for their tenants. But Gabbie goes out of her way.

I moved my aunt here a few years ago. There's been a lot of changes, good and bad, My aunt tells me she likes living here and the bad definitely outweighs the good. She has made some lifelong friends and every time I talk to her they're on their way to the store, playing cards or playing Bingo. My aunt loves that she gets text messages to know what's going on because she is very active. Just this morning when I was talking to her she said she received a text message about an easter egg hunt, and rushed me off the phone to go find some eggs. LOL. I’ve been a caregiver for my uncle and other people who live here. I have seen alot of changes and alot of staff come and go. I do appreciate seeing familiar faces, Sam is always very helpful and so is the lady whose next to her. Anytime my Uncle has had a maintenance issue Lindsey makes sure it gets done. I also appreciate the chair exercises being done and hope other days can be added because one of my clients is looking forward to coming. The only complaint I do have is the big dogs.Seems like with this being 65 and older they would have some type of limits. My Uncle and my clients love living here!!!

I went to their community Valentine's Day card making event earlier this month and I didn't have anyone in particular to make a Valentine's Day card for, but suddenly it turned into a "thanks giving day card." I wanted to make these ladies a "thanks giving card" to say thanks for always being there whenever I need guidance, someone to talk to, or help with a problem in my apartment. These 3 ladies are not just apartment staff, but also believe in their job. They don't make me feel like it is just a job to them and I am proud to call Pinnacle West my home.

A Mess

Little the sales office told me to get me to move here has been the case. Then someone else tells you something different and you're left at loose ends. It's been a very distressing experience. Haven't unpacked yet and am not going to - already looking for somewhere to move to.
