I wanted to share a few thoughts, after reading the other reviews. 1. There's never a way to satisfy everyone. 2. Working in this field isn't easy. One can be taught a lot of things. However, empathy & compassion aren't some of them. 3. Anytime we've had any concerns, they were quickly resolved. 4. The new Director & Hellenic staff, are working very hard to make sure the environment is welcoming, inclusive, & holistic. 5. Never judge a book by its cover. You just might miss out on a great opportunity.

Very impressed with Hellenic Senior Living! From the moment we walked in we were treated wonderfully! Everyone is always pleasant and helpful. The building is beautiful and very clean. The residents seem truly happy living here. I know my father is enjoying his time here. The staff has all been amazing! Making this kind of transition can be difficult but everyone at Hellenic made our family feel like we were part of this big family. I have no complaints or concerns. The food is even delicious! Thank you Hellenic for taking such good care of my dad! ❤ Now that my father has been there about a year I must say my biggest issue is the lack of communication!!!!! You can never just call and get someone to answer the phone. It gets very frustrating! The nursing director, Karen, has gone above and beyond to be helpful when we have needed her but when she is not there it is very obvious. Calls dont get returned as quickly or sometimes at all. Messages go unresponded to. It would even help if there were a cell phone for an office staff and one for a nursing staff while on shift. With covid we are not allowed to check on our family the way we once were able to. Communication is essential.

It is like living in a luxury hotel. It is only about 2 years old. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. If anything breaks, it gets fixed in about 20 minutes. They keep the facility immaculate. Look on the website, youll see! I couldnt be happier!

I Highly recommend this facility! The staff is phenomenal. The move in coordinator Jody Snider does an amazing job with the whole process. She is very professional, polite, and helpful. You can tell when someone actually loves their job, and Jody does.

My mom has so enjoyed living here! While it was not ideal moving during the beginning of Covid restrictions in April 2020, the staff and management made her move as seamless as possible, kept my mom company since meeting others was limited and always had time for her. Now that the residents are able to enjoy activities I see my mom enjoying nearly every event and have heard so many fun stories about new friends and thankful praises of kind, helpful staff. So glad this was the place she chose to live!
