Ample resident parking. Ample street lighting. Secure environment. Affordable 1 bedroom apartments with rents beginning at $395.00 per month. You must be age 55 and older. Many nearby conveniences including hospital, shopping etc. Rent currently includes water.

I thought it was an okay place to live till a friend of mine didn't get their social security check on time and they filed for eviction on the 15th of that one that's pretty sad

It's the cheapest place for seniors. You definitely get what you pay for. Maintenance does as little as possible. Everything in the apartments are very out dated. They need new windows, air conditioners, doors. You can feel the cold air coming in the Winter time which makes the heat turn on so your heat bill is sky high. The laundry facilities in each building need updated. The washer and dryer barely work. It would be cheaper to go to a regular laundromat down the street. When the kids are let out at Brentwood, they always cut through Senior Towne to get to the apartments on Hobson either by their front or back doors. They knock on doors, scrape pens/pencils down the side of the buildings, yell and scream. There's no security what so ever. When a cop was asked if they could do something about it, they said no, nothing. Mind you, there are seniors living there. They don't deserve to live in fear or be woke up or have their stuff vandalized. I would say spend a little extra money and live somewhere else where they care about the tenants.
