Heritage Park is a pillar in our Ft Wayne community--everything from independent senior apartments to total care and everything in between, they have it! Their high performing therapy and nursing team care for their residents like they are their very own family. Its a beautiful facility and always feels warm and welcoming.

After all the nursing home horror stories from others and a not so good personal experience our selves with my brother being in a different nursing home we were very discouraged trying to find mom one. We visited many if not all the nursing homes in the area. Heritage Park was our number 2 choice. Discouraged and in crisis mode when our first choice fell through we decided to place Mom here. God knew the plan even though we did not at the time. We just love the staff here! The take care of Mom like she is there own mom. The nurses, aids right down to the kitchen and laundry personnel has made the transition so easy and so less stressful. We are new to this and still a work in process and the staff is great! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyones loved one! Thanks Heritage Park staff for all you do!!

As owner of a DJ company, I have had the opportunity to entertain here several times and have witnessed a caring staff interact with the residents. Sherry, their activity director and Jane King are always planning fun activities. Would be my first choice for a loved one!

Some volunteers came over to our autism center dressed as the Easter Bunny and handing out treats to our people.(They had a blast) A place that puts a focus on volunteering in Fort Wayne is a place worth looking into. Thank you.

I came here on Wednesday February 10 and I have a roommate that keep me up all night but snoring and they are changing my room on Monday. The Adi's and nursing are great. I came from signature health and they treated me mean. So I will tell people to come here if they need therapy there there don't a good job. Thank u for the help here

My father was a resident at Heritage Park on 2 separate occasions. The staff was great to my dad. He never complained about anything, he stated that everyone was so nice and helpful even when he didn't want it. I want to thank everyone who cared for my dad, you are all angle's in disguise.

Have taken excellent care of my Mom for almost 3 years. It's obvious that the staff genuinely cares for her. They go above and beyond in what they do for her and are a great comfort and support to our family!

Mom is 103 years old. She's been in the assisted-living section of Heritage Park for about two years, and she is delighted with her home. So are her children. The place has recently been redecorated (not that it really needed it) and looks great--warm and inviting. More important, the staff is kind and attentive. There are plenty of social activities (great social directors!), even though Mom's age and eyesight don't allow for a lot of participation (other than Bingo). We give this place five stars.

Very Professional had my spiritual mother there she was very observant how they would serve dinner showed professionalism. She fell in love with therapy people. Professionalism from the front office to the back. Everyone was wonderful.
