Update 9-15-24. We moved mom to the memory care portion of the facility a few weeks ago. The level of care in that section has been disappointing. There is a pull cord for help in the bathroom, but the residents have no other way to call for help. In the assisted living section, the residents are provided with a pendant call button. It seems to me that Memory Care patients are more likely to need assistance. Difficult to understand why they would not have convenient access to a call button. The level of care in the Assisted living section was significantly better, in my opinion. Our mom moved in to Park Place Assisted Living yesterday. My biggest regret is not finding Park Place sooner. They made the transition very smooth and joyful. The atmosphere there is very positive and welcoming. The staff is professional, efficient and thorough. They all appear to have sincere appreciation for their work and their residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The food and cafeteria are extraordinary. A special THANK YOU to: Kimm Jada Scott for making mom's first day so very pleasant. I strongly recommend PARK PLACE

Outstanding is the first word that comes to. From my initial visit, to moving in my father yesterday, every interaction has been great. The staff are genuine, kind, welcoming and friendly. My mom has been a resident here for 7 months. I've seen a huge improvement in her cognition and physical strength, compared to how she was just prior to moving in. She is so happy and tells me almost daily how much she loves her apartment, and how great the staff is. What a relief! They all make my mom feel loved and call her by name. I'm so grateful that my mom is here! I have worked in long-term care for about 13 years, and I am so impressed with how happy the staff is. They are all my angels here on Earth and have given me that peace of mind every child is looking for when trying to pick the perfect spot for their parent. Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this facility! I never ever feel like I'm working, I feel like I'm going to spend time with my family. The residents are awesome and the management team is really caring and helpful to the staff. They really care about the employees whether there are issues at work or home, I always know I can count on them.

Its a nice place. However, admin staff needs trained better and there is a disconnect between corporate and staff. They dont do what other places do for veterans. I really wanted to give them a 1 star but its unfair to other people who work there that may do a good job. It is well kept up and nice place. Its just admissions is a nightmare. Their response after my one star rating was simply to post a message on here saying contact them. They could have picked up the phone and called us to see what the issues were. There are V.A. benefits available for disabled war veterans which they did not want to address they were just about getting the money and robbing the blind and disabled. As for contacting them I did call and voiced my concerns they were to call me back and guess what? No call back and my disabled father who was wounded in the Korean war left out in the cold as they gave the apartment he was to rent to someone else. No respect for our veterans. All of my concerns about this facility have been voiced to local state representative and senators through email.

Was there for my grandfathers 92 birthday and was very impressed with the staff and faculty. New and clean with friendly helpful staff. Grandfather is happy and healthy.

I have one parent in assisted living and one in memory care. I am very happy with the care both parents are getting; staff are friendly whether its the nurses, aides, housekeeping, etc. They communicate via phone if prescriptions are getting low or if any issues arise. Its always clean there and parents like the meals. Transportation is provided to some appointments, weekly outings and shopping are provided and prices were competitive with other facilities I contacted.Im an RN and we can be notoriously difficult to please regarding health care, but I seriously have only good things to say about Park Place.

Mom was reluctant to move there initially. However after the first week she told me she really liked it there. Its a beautiful newer facility with extremely nice employees. She can eat in the dining room on her schedule, its like a restaurant. The food is good. They provide all kinds of activities and outings which my mom doesnt always take advantage of because she forgets. But the activity director makes an effort to come to her room to see if she wants to join in the activities,The food service department has called her room before to see if she is coming down to eat. This year we went on vacation for 2 weeks and its the first time I wasnt concerned about her getting her medication, insulin as needed. Having her in such a nice place with such great care has really helped not only her, but given me much more freedom in my own life.
