The facility is lovely but that's the only positive comment I can think of. The employee turn over is high. The food is disgusting. The employees don't always tell the truth. [name removed] (nursing staff) is unkind and mean. Your loved one may be neglected like my mother was. The administrator is grumpy, and never takes responsibility for things that go wrong. The administrator can't be counted on to resolve a problem like she promises. I'm not confident that the staff always tells the truth. I'd rather put my family member in a facility that is old but clean, where the staff turn over is extremely low and the residents seem genuinely happy. While I understand that no place will be perfect at least my mother won't say my stomach turns when I see Evergreen when we return from being out for the afternoon. The turnover is so high that you rarely can establish a relationship with the staff members. I've been told that the way my mother was treated could be elder abuse on some levels and unprofessional.

Now that they're got rid of Laura; there is a tremendous difference in every one attitude about this place, to the better and the only complaint now is the food and servers, and now they are trying out a new robot to help the efficiency of the bad cooks and lousey servers

We thought this place was going to be an amazing place for mom. When we did our tour everyone was happy and the environment was warm and cozy. After mom got there her meds were either messed up or missed. Every time she calls on her call button for help either it takes 45min-1hr for someone to show up. Every time she has gotten sick the nursing staff does not call to inform us and we find out from a message from her she is calling 911 staff never called to tell family. When they were asked why we were not informed of her going to the emergency room when she had been taken an hour ago we were told "they just hadn't gotten around to it yet". They are negligent, the food is horrible, and staff only treat their favorite residents with love and care, step out of line at all and your loved one gets forgotten about. And apparently they are not under staffed because the administrator said they weren't in a resident meeting a few months ago. With as much as state has been in the building I'm shocked they haven't been shut down. Find a new place for loved ones before real and irreversible damage is done by Laura and her nursing and dietary staff.

The facility, from the receptionist to Amanda, were very friendly and helpful. Amanda was even able to accommodate doing a tour on a Saturday. She listened to our questions and provided myself and my two siblings answers so we could evaluate our loved one in the facility. The tour of the facility & all the type of amenities it provides showed us how it could benefit someone. We appreciated this opportunity and plan on showing parent this facility for her decision making.

Amanda the intake directed was so accommodating and did a tour on Saturday and was so helpful. She responded quickly to my call and answered all the questions I had too. The apartments and the building are beautiful. She showed me the activity calendar and they look like they have lots of fun. I know my mom is going to love it there. Thanks Amanda for all your help!!!

Recently came in to tour Evergreen Village as I'm in process of looking for care for my grandmother. The community is so clean and all the staff and residents seemed happy and were having a ball as we happened to come and tour during an event. Amanda the Admissions gal did such an amazing job during the tour and was so thorough and explained things in such nice detail for both myself and my grandmother. Evergreen has made the process of this transition a smooth one.
