Working for the waters of fort wayne, I work with brookdale frequently. Recently sent a resident there for memory care and the family came back to tell me that they are very happy with the care their mom is receiving! Family reports that everyone is very nice and have the resident's best interest at heart!

What a beautiful, holiday filled building. Walking in makes you feel like a home. Patti, the admin, is a special person. Susan and Angie are amazing at nursing. I highly recommend this building.

We are so pleased with Brookdale! The staff is accommodating and helpful. They are kind and patient and most importantly, my mother-in-law is at ease with all of them. Over the past years, due to Alzheimer's, my mother-in-law had become quite reclusive and withdrawn. However, since moving her into Brookdale at the end of July, she has made friends and seems so much happier. We highly recommend Brookdale!

I found all of the staff from the front to the back to be very caring and attentive to the patients and the families. They worked with me in a very difficult and timely manner. From what I could tell from my twice weekly or more visits the other patients were also well cared for and as happy as they could be. My husband was in Memory Care but I walked thru the entire building. He was there from April from 2016 thru Nov. 2016.

I toured this nice community. The staff was able to answer my questions on the care that is given here. This community is older but clean They offer a variety of activities. This was a nice community, but we were looking for something for my dad that was on the bottom floor.

I had Guardianship of my mother for six year, I'm sure she had issues prior to that; at least a couple of years. We had to move her 4 times during the six year, because she was not welcome back, due to behavior issues!!! Even when you check the places out, sometime, trust me they were not capable of taking care of your Mom! They do not know how to handle the behavior issues, Well we found Brookdale & she lived there for two years " longest" & never had issue with the behavior. They just knew how to take care of someone with Dementia. They knew how to deal with her, they are the best & I'd recommend them to anyone, everyone I know!!! Thank you Cathy, Cindi Jen, Angie, Rich and All of the staff @ Brookdale, God Bless you; you are the best!!
