I picked West River Legacy (memory Care) for my sister because it was the first one I toured and I fell in love with it. Its close to my house. The staff are amazing and they all go above and beyond for her. Her favorite thing is their Friday Bus Adventures!!

I was able to attend an Open House event at West River. The staff was friendly as I entered, and guided me to meet my tour guide Reily. She was very easy to talk to along with Alyssa, whom I have met with as well. They have a lot of opportunities for those who may need their facility, but also work well with other facilities if they are better suited for your needs. They take the time to listen to what your needs may be.

My family had an excellent experience at West River Health Campus. We visited my mother daily, and when we left each day, we knew she was is good hands. The nurses and staff are very well-trained and they genuinely care about the residents and their families. When we need that level of care again, our family knows that West River is where we will choose to go!

No Security at night. Went to visit a friend and wondered around for a while before finally finding a staff member.

An unexpected health crisis led to my need for OT/PT .Through Alyssa Bredemeier,West River was recommended and rehab was established.Kendal and Staff (Alexis,Sarah and Susan) efforts were very bullishly professional , pleasant and effective. My life has returned to some semblance of normalcy ! Thank you !

One of the nicest facilities in our area. Beautiful and not the typical "nursing home" feel. Staff is friendly and there is always plenty of activities going on, including outings for the residents. They gave great care to my grandma and were always supportive and communicative with my family.

My mother needed therapy after a hospital stay. Our family had heard good reviews about the West River facility. Mother's stay at West River was about 20 days. There, she received the care and therapy needed to regain her strength to be able to return home. Mother is now home and is stronger than she has been in a very long time. Thank you to everyone at West River for the love and care given to my mother during her stay. Every department was willing to assist her no matter the situation. I highly recommend the West River Health Campus facility.

When I arrived there I couldn't even walk or sit up after very serious back surgery. With their kindness, patience and encouragement I am home and doing so much better, stronger every day. The Nurses, CNA's and of course the PT and OT people were wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and food was great. I recommend highly if you need rehab it's the place to go. Thank you all at West River!!

This is the Best Place ! My Mom & Dad have been here for about 5 yrs. They receive THE BEST CARE ! Everyone there is Wonderful, from the front office to the Aides & Nurses.

A therapist friend of mine told me they forced them to do unneeded work at West River, work the therapist told them was not needed. I guess they get money that way, I don't know.
