Love these quiet cottage like apartments!. Management and maintenance are very efficient and courteous, should any problem arise no matter how big or small. I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and have no complaints, just praise.

Everyone here has been very nice. I love it here and want to stay as long as I can. Maintenance tries hard to please. I believe they need more help. Kirsten has been very helpful.

We are in need of new carpeting because ours is so old , it is wrinkling in the middle and can't get it clean anymore.......We've asked for new carpeting and tile in the kitchen.but the answer was no... We even said we'd pay for it....the answer was no. We like the apartment and the area but we would like it to be a little bit nicer.

TK had everything ready to go when I got to the office. It took about 5 minutes to do the paperwork as I had applied earlier this year. He is professional but personable and friendly. The 2 bedroom is the floor plan that I asked for, the master bedroom with walk-in closet is down the hall not off the kitchen. I’ve had no other contact with the staff yet, I just moved in yesterday. But I’ve met several neighbors and everyone is very friendly and offered to help. So far great

This is definitely my next move! It offers everything my mom (75) and I (55) needs! The management team was so great to work with! The accommodations they offer are top of the line. If you’re are looking for a forever community to live in leisure living is the place for you. Make sure you tell them I sent you!

We have been here over 6 years and love being in this community. We like the location and the people. There have been many changes in management over those years but our current management is doing a wonderful job particularly our manager Kirsten. Our current service manager is great also and repairs are now getting done in a very timely manner.

Have had problems since I moved in. Things I asked about a year ago still not done. There r not enough maintenance people. Definitely need to hire more. They may not b able to keep people if communication at the office is bad. I have only been here about 14 months and have had multiple problems. Some I still have. So I can't score well for the office. Maintenance is doing the best they can with what they've got. There's so much more but would take too long to explain it all.

Today I had one of the two best maintenance men who came and fix my problems. I do not live at Lakeside I live at Leisure Living near the Retreat. Need to hire at least two more employees to help them out with the maintenance problems. Summer is coming and with the air conditioner needs service, there will be not enough workers to work on the air conditioners and do routine maintenance. There is three campus and there is too much work for only two workers. Plus there has been people leaving and there are apartments not ready for anybody to move in. You need to address these issues

Got the light bulb replacement and upgraded to LED! Eddie brought it to our unit at Leisure Living off Allen's Lane. Thank you for prompt service. ??? 2022 Got request to review but current service not available to reply; only this older review. For Nov.2022 two more bulbs relaced in timely mannor. QUESTION: Why does this email for a review imply that We live at Lakeside appratments? we are at St.Joe/Allen's Lane appartments. Is there onlly one email for all locations? Thank you.

You need more help! Routine things (smoke alarms, A/c filters) are. It getting done! You were putting in flag poles along the street that needs to be repaved instead of getting flag poles to decorated the street is not safe and I’m talking about welcome way

Just move in to leisure living... I LOVE IT!!! The staff here is very professional yet compassionate to you as you move in. . The facilities are awsome. .the maintenance staff are knowledgeable and friendly and right there when you need them. They have a clubhouse I haven't taken advantage of... my neighbors are friendly and hospitable... this place does make every effort to make you feel comfortable and welcomed...

We have lived here for over seven years and love it. Our house/apartment looks out over the pond so we have continuous entertainment from all of the wildlife. Staff is very kind and helpful. Maintenance is Johnny on the spot when you need anything.
