My Mom has been in River Pointe since 2020. It was the height of Covid yet she was treated very well. Her assisted living experience was great. We could visit as often as we wanted and take mom out any time. Just walking around the grounds was so nice. She was also a participant in the activities provided. If it involved art, (which it often does) Mom was there! Her transition to skilled Nursing was a difficult time but the staff has gotten to know Mom and helped make that move go smoothly. When I visit with Mom, so many staff members come up and say hi and call her by name. They chat with her for a couple of minutes as they pass by and it's super sweet. We definitely made the right choice moving Mom to River Pointe. She is happy, comfortable and treated with respect.

My mother has been at River Pointe for just over 2 years, and she couldn't be happier. She is involved in many activities at the campus. She enjoys the meals. And the staff treat her very well.

My mother has lived there for over 5 years. She absolutely loves it there, which made the move so easy on the family. The staff is awesome, they attend to her needs physically, emotionally, and she considers them family. The food is amazing! There is always something going on for the residents to get involved in.

If your loved one can no longer care for themselves, River Pointe is a nice place to call home. Currently two of my loved ones reside there and overall I've been very satisfied with the care they are receiving. My aunt, who is in skilled care, has been there almost 3 years and my mother-in-law, who is in assisted, has been there about 6 months. No place is ever perfect, but my experience with many of the staff members at River Pointe is that they go above and beyond to help make sure your loved one is respected and well cared for. Any time I've ever had any questions or concerns they have always been answered and addressed promptly. The building is kept clean, clothing is properly laundered, variety of daily activities/outings available, if you choose to participate, an amazing variety of daily food choices and the staff is friendly and caring.

My husband was pretty happy during his stay. Good food! Pretty clean, staff was good to him. He was able to sit outside and enjoy good weather. He was recovering from Covid and needed PT. He was happy with his recovery thanks to their therapy department. Visiting was easy no problems.

Both of my parents were here at the same time for different health issues; the staff were amazing and became like members of our family during this difficult time. Special shout-outs to Angie and Sally, they were so good to my parents. I ate with my parents several times and the food is good. The facility is clean, and the staff are caring and compassionate. They also host many fun events for residents and their families. Highly recommended.

Mom has been at River Point several times for respite care when we had to be out of town. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They have crafts and activities for the residents to keep them occupied.

The staff are friendly and helpful. A lot of them know my mother by name. They may not do everything the way I would do it, but I trust that my mother is receiving good care. That's been very important during the long Covid-19 isolation.

This facility is awesome it's clean and has a homelike environment with diners that'll make you think you're in a restaurant. The staff is the best they really care about the residents and their families. I will recommend this place to anyone that's looking to place a loved one.
