My Dad was there for short term rehabilitation after breaking his hip and I would not recommend this place whatsoever. How they have been top rated is a mystery to me. He was placed in the long term area of the building because they were over booked in the short term rehabilitation wing which is where he needed to be. His medications were completely messed up and received 4 times the dosage on one of his prescribed medications even after I met with them and told them it was incorrect, and other medications he needed were not even given to him. He had been there almost a week before he even began physical therapy...and the after care that was to be handled by them is also lacking, he has been home for almost 2 weeks and has yet to receive the home physical therapy they were responsible for. Not impressed with this establishment at all.

What a disappointment We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Hubbard Hill Living Wisdom They misrepresented staffing ratios, resulting in inadequate care and attention for residents. Within just 18 months, the cost increased by an astonishing 38%. Additionally, the quality of care regarding hygiene is severely lacking. Basic hygiene needs are frequently neglected, leaving residents in poor conditions. There is very little effort to provide proper nutrition, which is crucial for the well-being of the residents. The tendency was to over medicate residents with no awareness of the cost implications. On top of all that, six weeks after leaving the facility they mysteriously came up with a bogus issue to bill the $1800 security deposit. I cannot recommend Hubbard Hill Memory Care Nursing Home to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.

Sometimes I forget what a wonderful place Hubbard Hill truly is. For the last 2 years I have worked as a part time RN to supplement my full time position. I go to facilities all over Northern Indiana as my agency has them available. Hubbard Hill has the very best of everything. Nurses and CNAs provide outstanding care. The dietary department and their employees are fabulous. Not only do they cater to residents at mealtimes, but also keep a watchful eye and alert nursing if they think something is wrong. The food looks and smells delicious. Therapists are here during weekends and unconventional times and they communication is awesome. As a nurse, I always feel supported by management, on call personel and the scheduler. Everything I need to take care of the patients is right at my fingertips. Keep up the good work Hubbard Hill!

I am grateful to work with Hubbard Hill (HH) as they provide the best Medical expertise with quality doctors like Dr. Sue Moore. The focus of HH is always upon the mental and spiritual health of all Hubbard Hill family is wonderful. I am glad HH are expanding as there is a huge community need for quality and HH cultivates health and wellness.

Amazing love in all they do. They serve delicious meals, in a beautiful facility. There are many wonderful amenities and the staff treat every resident as if they were their own family member. It's more than a job to them, it's a calling.

I love Hubbard Hill! They have taken superb care of their residents during the COVID-19 pandemic and have put the resident's and their staff's safety as a top priority. They take great care of my husband's grandpa and are kindhearted. They have gone above and beyond! So happy with them.

My mother in law was a resident for six years and passed away Monday after battling dementia. Her care at Hubbard Hill was stellar. When my husband and I would visit from St. Louis, we were always amazed at the quality of care that she received. My own mother was in a facility in St. Louis for some of the same time and there was no comparison. Wish we could have cloned you. Special thanks to Marcy for coming in to visit with us and for caring.

My father was a resident for 5 years most spent in assisted living. The staff was very caring in a profession that can be very challenging. He spent some time in their rehab unit first after breaking a hip and later when his health declined and before his transfer to nursing care. We must remember that with every step requiring more services there are many more patients with significant needs for the staff to tend to. Are there things I wish had been done differently? Absolutely. Could I have care for him better? Absolutely not. HH was considerate and respectful and both he and I appreciated that immensely. Having elderly parents can be quite challenging and upsetting all at the same time. This facility provided the best for his final years and for that I will be eternally grateful.
