All I have to say is this place is amazing. Cynthia and Melissa the admissions directors made my transition not feel so scary and confusing. It was very easy and I was comfortable and at peace through the whole process.

Husband had a stroke on top of previous memory issues. Started at a local hospital, then to a rehab hospital, and then Brickyard Elkhart. It is not a shiny new facility, but the staff are just wonderful. Hubby started in the Rehab section. Even though their Rehab staff are great, I knew he wasn't coming home and would require memory care. Before his Rehab time was up, their social worker suggested he transfer to their MC unit. This would give him more time to adjust to MC and they would take him to Rehab for his appointments. I love how they are proactive with their clients/residents well-being. Rehab and Memory Care staff are such caring people. Brickyard's Business Manager works with an agency that helps families get their loved one on Medicaid. Working through the process now. If you are the kind of family member that cares for your loved one, you will love Brickyard Elkhart. They want family members to be involved with their loved ones care.

Happy with everything at the Brickyard. Helping staff excellent experience. Recommend them highly.As I prepare to complete my rehab and leave the Brickyard I am well adjusted in everything I need for continuing good health and wellness thanks to director Chad, and his kind loving staff, the nurses the best,techs well trained and hard working thanks to the activity director never a dull moment I love you all

The staff is great at what they do. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you need a place to rehab after surgery or injury.

Since Brickyard took over Golden Living, this place has changed tremendously. The staff are all very friendly, the residents are happier, and the environment seems so pleasant. My Grandma has been there for 5 years and this is the happiest and most involved in the activities she has ever been. I am impressed with the transformation and would recommend this facility to anyone looking for long term care. Especially if you are looking for memory care, their unit has a lot of fun with activities and you can feel the love the staff has for their residents. 100% best place in Elkhart.

First off, the therapy team @Brickyard~Elkhart has one of the most impressive departments. They have led the way to the road in my personal rehabilitation. Working with Occupational Therapy as well as Physical Therapy has changed the words in my mind from "I cant" to "I can". I want to thank them for their personal kindness and support. Especially my personal favorites (@Nina, @Karen) earned their nicknames ("Slave driver" and "The General") had the faith in me that I didn't have for myself. @Shayne, Erica and Bo, thanks for your overall patience and support as well as the willingness to work with me also.
