I currently work there as a service technician. I love what I do and how I can help the residents that have not had a decent maintenance technician for a long time. The place needs attention and it's getting it now. I take pride in my work and will never put bandaids on anything. As long as I'm there I will do my best for these tenants. As far as corporate office management I don't know them personally. I understand this is a business. Profits are a must. But things are not going well with what they want from myself. 124 units 3 days a week at one 2 days at the other. I also am technical certified in heating and cooling and have stopped their outsourcing contractors for that. And lawn care. Wonder how much money I have saved them in 6 months on that? But denied a raise. Ok then. I'm still busting my butt. I appreciate the opportunity.

Hello, my husband and I are both disabled. Marvin is in a Hover round power chair, and I use a Rollator Walker. We were the first ones toove in here, and are thankful everyday for our beautiful apartment. It is totally handicap accessible. Even the shower area makes it very easy for us to safely get our shower. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. We also have Bingo once a month which is enjoyed by all who attend. The Mobile library bus comes twice a month. It is conveniently located near IMA for Doctor's appointments. Come and join us here at Patterson Point. You will be glad you did. Have a wonderful Blessed day.
