My mother had a hard time at first but now is happy with good friends! Staff is wonderful! Lisa, Kat, Dana and Head of Nursing, Nicole are patient and go out of their way to help.

I think it is a beautiful place and mom really likes it and has made a lot of friends. they are doing a great job keeping them safe during Covid 19 however they do need to give them some freedom such as bringing a few at a time and space them out where they can get some interactions. I know they try to occasionally take them outside for a few mins on nice days but my mom is very lonely right now and misses the interaction with her friends. Maybe they could stagger lunch and place two to a table so they are not in their rooms for every meal. Even if they sat them right outside their door so they could talk to their neighbor. just a thought Im sure my mom isnt the only one suffering from depression during this time. I would be happy if a staff member could go visit her in her room and just chat for 1, 2 hour so she had some interactions. I know you are doing everything to keep them safe and I do appreciate it. But loneliness can be just as hard on them.

At the suggestion of the responder to my last (low) rating, we called admin Josh and have had an amazing turn-around in communications. In trying times, I believe this is a very important part of the service provided. While my MIL is still not yet in the facility, I am more than grateful to the helpful manner in which this issue was addressed. It was, and continues to be, more than I expected. Thank you for your support.

My mom lived here for only 2 months and recently passed away. The love and kindness the staff has shown me is very sweet. My mom was happy and made friends and was finally active. She loved living here. The people I have met are very kind and extremely helpful. They bend over backwards for everyone including the families trying apply for Medicaid and doing all the work themselves to take some worries off of the families. My mom passed away in her sleep in her own bed on October 27th. The love and support I have received through this very difficult time is much appreciated. I have been recommending Evergreen Village to everyone. Thank you so much. Elizabeth

As the administrator of this amazing community it is truly a pleasure to serve these seniors at Evergreen Village. Beautiful and brand new, 24 hour certified care givers, safety and security of private rooms, fitness center, rec rooms, housekeeping and laundry services and so much more! I highly encourage all of you to come see what we have to offer, I know you will love it like I do!
