I recently toured the facilities and was very impressed with the cleanliness. The rooms looked very nice and the staff was very friendly. I have been to a couple of different facilities and PSM was very impressive and the cost is considerably less than others. I would definitely be interested or suggest others take a look. It is also close to restaurants and shopping and the Avon town center is very close proximity.

Park Square Manor is a beautiful facility with friendly staff and great accommodations. Prepared meals 3 times a day, planned activities such as shopping, going out to eat and live music within the facility. If interested group games, talks, church and many other activities are available. The apartments are beautiful with kitchen appliances and ready to design your other living areas to make them yours. Nice areas to get some fresh air or just soak up some sunlight on the beautiful front and back porches when weather is permitting. Laundry services, cleaning services and mailboxes provided in the facility. If you have a furry family member pets are also allowed. It has a family atmosphere that stands out above all. If you enjoy people it’s for you but if you just like to spend time doing your own thing this is the place for you. Staff is available 24/7 to accommodate your needs. I suggest you book an appointment to have lunch and take a tour. Keep your independence while getting that little extra help if needed.

I have never had so much service that I can say it was a Five Star Facility. The staff are very alternative to your needs, whatever they might be. In addition, they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and secure love that. I moved in in august of twenty twenty four. And been having so much fun and also staying busy with all their activities. It is a great place to retire and spin with friends and family. Friends and family can visit you anytime they want. I most liked it because they accepted me with my pet, Captain Morgan. He is an english bulldog. Got to view this place. Sign up for a walkthrough, and you will see the exciting place. It's very clean and also is a very secure facility. Please make the walk through the facilitie and see for yourself. Also, you can have lunch or dinner for $5.00 so you can see and eat dinner that you ordered. Have a great weekend. In God We Trust Always ™

My dad was 86 years old when he came to live in Indiana with me. He came after my mom passed away. He moved into Park square maybe a little reluctantly. Once he was there he realized he still had all his independence he could come and go as he pleased. The staff and the residents there became more like an extended family a really good community. They looked after Dad. Dad help look after them. I believe he found real purpose there. The staff made him feel at home. They looked after him sometimes with him not even realizing it. Although he was only 10 minutes away from where I live. I knew he had some real dedicated people looking out for him when I couldn't be there at all hours. If you have a loved one looking for a place to stay and they want to keep their independence this is a great place. And if you're reluctant to move in, being that loved one, go talk to them. They're there to help make your life and your loved ones life a little easier. Dad's gone now and God knows I'm missing. But I think each and every one of the people at Park square Manor whether it be staff or residence that made his final years as pleasurable as they could be.

Park Square Manor is unlike any of the other communities in the area. You walk in and you feel like you are home and surrounded by family! My mother lived in Park Square for 2 years and had to go into hospice 7 months ago. They made my mother feel right at home the moment she moved in. She had been at other Independent Living and Retirement homes prior and HATED all of them until she went to Park Square. The staff and management really care about all of the residents and treat them like they are family.

I searched the area for a good assisted living facility for my 97 year old grandmother. What I found was a GREAT new home for her. Jordan and her staff made my family super comfortable about the transition and more importantly, my grandma. I can’t thank Jordan and her staff enough for the attention they gave my grandmother. What do you say when you have angels placed in your path. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and people at Park Square Manor. I had extenuating circumstances with my father and they went above and beyond to make the process as comfortable as possible. From the first contact with Mercedes who took my after hours desperation phone call and despite the fact there was little she could do at the time ... she courteously and competently took my name and information and assured me that someone would follow up with me the next morning. As promised I was contacted by another angel Julie who did so, so much to help me and graciously offered to be there for me 24/7..truly a remarkable gesture’•! Then I met with their director Jordan ... a true blessing and she was so patient and loving and kind. I know without a doubt that the Lord was working through these amazing healthcare heroes! I know that my dad is being taken care of and is in a safe place and I am so very grateful for Park Square Manor and all the beautiful people there !

This is to Park Square Manor where my Mother has lived there for over several years under excellent care by Park Square Manor. I do I know it was excellent care? My mother just recently fell on her face in her apartment. This past February, I was alerted immediately that she had fallen and first aid care was given to her by 3 Staff members of the Park Square Manor and appreciate their prompt attention, my mother was able to recover well even though she had to add a little bit of a bruise on her by her lip. I am so appreciative of their personal concern and care for my mother it gives me comfort knowing she is safe and secure. I know she loves it at Park Square Manor. Thank you again for caring for my mother.

They took care of my relative and it was one of the best facilities where I have constantly visited someone. Her employer took great care of making sure she was taken care of after her retirement. I'm surprised they didn't get upset at her for as many cigarette holes that were in the carpet from her being legally blind. God bless these people!

If ever there was anything more precious then "Gold" to me, it would be my family---especially my parents as they age and the tables turn. Park Square Manor is more then a "Gold Star" Community---they are immediate family. From the front office, working with us and understanding that moving to a senior living community is a transition that sometimes comes with its bumps and bruises; the nurse, very clearly considering my parents needs and making sure that they are receiving the right care and offering suggestions; the dining staff who in addition to providing wonderful meals, learned my parents names from day one, are always offering a warm smile, a friendly greeting and making sure they have what they need; maintenance and housekeeping taking care of all the little things that do make a difference when moving into a new residence; and finally, the residents themselves. I have never been to a community with such happy, friendly, warm and fun residents. And you know this is a great community when you meet residents whose parents were residents at Park Square Manor before them. Obviously, I am more focused on the staff and people that make up this community but I would be amiss if I did not comment on the spaciousness of the apartments, the very nice laundry facilities, the clean and well kept common areas and grounds, and the multiple activities available to the residents. I write this review in the middle of the COVID-19 virus and I must say that in the midst of this pandemic, it is very obvious and comforting that the residents safety is absolutely number 1. And even in this crisis, the staff is still able to keep my parents spirits up and engaging while maintaining their safety and the safety of the other residents. Thank you Park Square Manor for showing me and my parents what Senior Living can and should be---wonderful!

My Mother moved there 3 years ago and loves PSM. I am relieved to know if she needs help there is always someone there to help. The dining room seems to be unorganized somewhat. Maybe they should let each person fill out their own lunch paper. Collect them and then prepare the food. Iknow my Mother has gone back to her room because it took over 1 hour to get her food. She is diabetic and needs to eat. Other than that we love having my Mother there. I have recommended this place to many.

The staff who work there are great with the residents. The place is very clean. The food preparation deserves 1 star. Meat is tough, veggies aren’t done. Food served cold and takes an hour from ordering to receiving food. Manager deserves 0 stars. Poor relationship with the tenants....non empathetic and intimidating towards them. Corporate Headquarters- impossible to talk to- they either don’t call back or you get transferred to an incorrect extension. You also have to give 2 MONTHS notice prior to moving. My father has had to move to a different facility, due to declining health. However, my mother is unable to leave for 2 months since financially they can’t afford 2 apartments. This is the first time they have been apart in 66 years! I spoke to the manager and was told, there are 100 sob stories, but in the end, it’s a business. So if you chose to move here, be sure to review your contract and I would take the time to check on other facilities.

This is a FANTASTIC retirement home. We recently moved my grandma into Park Square, and we (and she!) couldn't be happier. The staff is kind and always ready to help, they provide all kinds of activities and entertainment for the residents, and the food there is AMAZING! Seriously--I would personally love to eat there every day! I would highly recommend this place!
