My 92 year old mother came to the skilled nursing facility section. It's a difficult experience as she has some dementia. All the employees and management have been responsive to any of our questions and proactive in helping my mom She will be transferring to the long term care section (nursing home). The administrative staff has been very helpful in getting her Medicaid qualified. I have been very pleased with their help navigating a difficult part of life.

I am a employee here at Countryside Meadows. Working here has given me a new experience in work. The employees that I work with are so helpful and care so much for others and are always ready to learn and help others. I am beyond happy that I have the opportunity to work with all of my coworkers and especially be a part of American Senior Community's. This has changed my life in so many ways. This is just the beginning of my career and I look forward for anything the future has to hold. There are opportunities here to further your career as well as many programs for it. My grandmother was once a resident at Countryside Meadows and unfortunately passed away. The Nurse practitioner Lindsay and DNS Tiffany were amazing with all of our concerns for her health. Nursing staff provided her with amazing care. The BOM Samantha assisted my family with many needs she was great during the process with us getting her moved in. Samantha always helps with everything needed for this process and always is willing to help in any way. All around an amazing facility to send your loved one to. Countryside has given me many opportunities for greatness as an employee and I am beyond grateful for this facility!

I love working in this clean bright facility. The residents are always engaged in something fun. Cottage has ice cream socials, gospel music, and great activities. Love it.

My mother was recently staying at Countryside Meadows for rehabilitation and I would just like to comment on how nice the staff was , not only to my mother but to the entire family as well. She had the best care during her stay and she was treated like one of their own family members. My mother was very fond of one of the nurses, Katie. She was always making my mom laugh & they would make little jokes together. If our family ever needed services from a nursing home for any reason, countryside meadows will be the one I would choose.

I want to start this off saying this place is one of the best places you could send someone you love. My Aunt was a resident here and I am so thankful for the staff for helping us during this difficult time. The director of nursing was very helpful and commutative about everything regarding her care. The social services team is absolutely amazing and I couldn't have done this without them. I highly recommend taking this community into consideration when looking for a place for your loved one.

I have been bringing my therapy dog to Countryside Meadows for a number of years now. I have met so many wonderful residents and my dog absolutely loves her time visiting. The residents also love seeing her. I have also met so many wonderful employees that are always busy tending to the residents needs and requests. Many activities are available for the residents and Bingo is always something they look forward to ! When I started this volunteer therapy dog visitation I new my pup would love it but I never realized how much I would love the residents.

This facility to great care of my family member. I never had to worry about her care. The nurses and staff were very kind and approachable when it came to my endless questions about my loved ones care. I highly recommend this nursing home.:)
