I had the opportunity to visit The Landing on Dundee, and it was a delightful experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and provided detailed information about the place. The facility was impressive, well-maintained, and clean. The rooms were cozy and inviting. The residents seemed relaxed and at ease, which left a positive impression on me.

Wonderful place. Wonderful care! Immaculately clean. The rooms are beautiful. Great staff. We are so glad we brought our mom here!!! 12/16/23 Update. Mom passed this morning and the staff was so wonderful! The thing I will always remember most though is how clean and tidy things were when I went into her room to say goodbye. She was dressed in clean clothes, her sheets were fresh and she looked comfortable. I am so incredibly grateful for all her caregivers there and all they do.

My mother-in-law has been at the Landing for 4 months and I can confidently write that we could not be happier with the care she has received. We visited several other places prior to choosing this one and we kept finding either the facility was not in great condition or staff was no where to be found, always something that was a red flag to us. The Landing is clean, has good staff and the food has really really improved. Even I eat there! Lol. I am not usually a review type person but they have earned this review and I have and will continue to recommend the Landing as a great place for their loved one. Good job Landing!

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. This place is beautiful, clean and was brand new when we moved my mother there in May 2021. However the woman that sold us on the place came to my mother's home and lied and lied and lied. She said there is on staff doctors, therapy, beauty parlor, etc etc etc. There was a beauty parlor but was never used YET. We asked many times for her to go and get a cut. She was there 5 months, and her hair was washed maybe 3 times, sponge bathed not very often. Me and my family took care of her needs. She was there for 5 months, the staff not so good. The night staff, if any, were awful. They would put her in her PJ's and not come back until morning, when they knew she needed to be checked on frequently. When you complain they say there are only 2 of us working today. Well thats not my problem, it is theirs. DON'T TRUST these people. The place is a scam. Maybe if your parent(s) are healthy and can survive with little to no supervision, go for it. If they need any care, DON'T go here. They have to call in a doctor, the PT room did not have anyone to operate it, so it was never used. I am just so sorry I didn't get her out prior to them killing her. They dropped her twice, the second time breaking several bones, then the significantly increased her morphine and she died the next day. They claim she got up to go to the bathroom and she fell out of bed. She COULDN'T get up if she wanted to. LIARS!!!!!!

I was most impressed with the building when we first came for visit. Everything was fresh, looked new and clean. They spent a lot of time meeting with my mother and me to understand her needs. They made the decision an easy one. The move in process was as organized as we could have hoped for. It has only been a few weeks but I am so happy we moved my mom to the Landing. She is the happiest than I have seen in years. I don’t know if it is because she is eating better or has made friends. Their staff is so nice and available when needed. My only regret is that I didn’t move her sooner.

My mother has lived at Landing on Dundee for about 6 months and I've been thrilled with the care she's received. She has improved so much over the past that I hardly recognize her to the person that we originally moved in. The people are always friendly and the food is very good. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a place for their parents.

This place is awesome! Above all, the people are kind and caring. It’s clean and beautiful. They had and Easter brunch for residents and family. Mimosas in champagne flutes, desserts on silver trays, pink cloth napkins in gold napkin rings and the food was yummy. It was lovely. My parents have been here since December and they love it!

I just want to thank the staff at The Landing on Dundee for the great experience they have given my family.It was a hard to decision for my mom to move my grandmother into Assisted Living, Memory care facility – especially during this time of COVID. Would Nana be happy? Would she be safe? Would we be able to ever see her? She virtually toured 6 facilities and she knew The Landing on Dundee was the right choice - the Advisor was warm and genuine and helped her understand so many things we were confused about. Still, it was a hard decision to make the move.My Nana moved there in August and is really happy and the staff truly cares -and she loves the food! The staff is always available for questions and communicates with my mom regularly. We even get pictures and videos sent of her out of her room, participating in activities - and she is painting again!I dont live in the immediate area, but came to visit Nana this week and I am extremely impressed. I am a nurse and was worried about COVID precautions and sanitation, but they explained all the precautions needed for an outdoor visit, including pre-screening 24 hours before I came then again when I arrived. They provided the PPE and hand sanitizer needed and had a great outdoor space all set up for us to visit 6 feet apart! Being a nurse, I was skeptical about them truly following sanitation standards, so I waited in my car to see what they do before the next family was allowed to visit. And yes, they did sanitize the entire area before letting them visit their loved one! What really made me feel at ease was that I learned that this facility is actually COVID testing all of the people who live there and employees every week – I dont think all facilities do that.I am happy, reassured and highly recommend The Landing on Dundee for anyone who is looking for Assisted Living or Memory Care.Jennifer H.

I toured this brand new facility. It has a great layout with elegant, roomy community areas as well as lovely, well-appointed private rooms. Susan was a knowledgeable, informative tour guide who answered all my questions and gave me valuable insights to consider.
