If you have family here...please visit on a regular basis....they will not support and care for your family the way you do...if you don't get a care plan....then they really will make your loved one time hell there. These facilities are so similar and see why the name changes keep happening.

When my 79 year old mom fell, broke her hip & exhausted her stay at rehab I had the tough choice on where does she go from there. After an 18 hour wrong stay at a place on Ogden Ave in Westmont our luck found the way to Bria on Cass Avenue. Carol in admissions was outstanding with putting my mind at ease that my mom is in good hands. And two months later and I come to realize she was absolutely right! My mom has been treated perfectly, the facility is clean, the staff is outstanding. I really can’t say enough about Carol in admitting and Paul in therapy. If you love someone and find yourself needing care for them-choose Bria!!!

Being here as a patient I can say everything that is said about nursing homes are true. I must say the therapy team is great. Paul Boone,Rena Mathew, Amabella David, Michael Frauendorff, Vijaya K, Maybelle Lozano and Angie Patrick. Thank you all so very much. I truly appreciate all the help and support gave. Bria of Westmont is my first experience with a loved one in a Nursing home. I have to say that after looking at multiple facilities I decided on Bria and I'm glad I did. From the Nurse, Kelly to CNA's like Shadee, "Mona Lisa" as my mom called her and a couple of others, they made the experience pleasant. The place is clean and outside is very nice. Many places to sit and talk or work if you are like me and multi tasking while visiting. Its never easy having a parent in this situation but they took the time to get to know my mom and me. My mom was there 7 months and this place became almost like a second home due to the time that I spent there and they the staff treated me and my mom very well. I know that nursing homes in general are understaffed and come with alot of issues and this place is not perfect BUT I'm glad that I could sleep easier knowing that my mom was being looked after.

I have a close family member residing at BRIA of Westmont and I can’t stay enough good about the caring team. The care has been exceptional - more than what you’d except in a nursing facility. Originally we planned to bring our family member home, however plans changed. The administrative team was helpful in accommodating our family needs and communication has been great including phone calls, emails and scheduled care plan meetings. The therapy and restorative teams has been attentive. It’s also nice to know they are making updates of their 2nd floor - making my family member’s adjustment even better. Great work BRIA Westmont - and thank you for caring for my family like they are your own. See you on my next visit.

Without reservation, well recommended. New facilities with excellent staff who prioritize customer care are available. Most importantly, the staff genuinely pays attention to you and is aware of your requirements, giving you peace of mind that your loved ones are being cared for by people who genuinely care about people.

The Bria of Westmont's striving unit is excellent. My dad had excellent treatment from them. My father's needs were met and his recuperation benefited greatly from the aqua treatment. Karyn and Michael in particular made up a top-notch physical therapy staff. Lincoln, the CRNA, always went above and beyond to assist my father with his everyday needs. He received excellent treatment from him and Jackie. The nurses that worked with Ruby and Evelyn were equally exceptional. The director is ALWAYS eager to assist and put things right for you and your family if there is anything you need or attention you are not receiving. This is a fantastic location.

Bria is a very beautiful place that gave me the best experience for rehab. Mostly the staff is very supportive, nice and caring people. The Diverse atmosphere of people is very entertaining experience and their nurses, cna, cooks, maintenance and activities department are very friendly informal and instructive people. I love this place and this my second time back. I wouldn’t want to be know where else for rehab.

I have visited a family member at this facility for about a month and find the level of care atrocious. Each time I visit I've had to ask someone to change them after finding they've been lying in soiled clothing for what seems hours. Today I stopped by and find it difficult to stay the entire place reeks of feces. Seems every patient has soiled themselves and there appears to be no effort to clean them up.. someone has to be responsible for inspecting these facilities.

I have no idea where these good reviews come from. Try asking the patients instead of family members, visitors or staff. There not there 24 hours a day. It's at most of these facilities. Put up cameras in your loved one rooms. Maybe then your reviews will change.

My mother has been in Strive Rehab multiple times, I would not send her anywhere else. Lauren, Abby and her nurse Charles have taken excellent care of her and helped me transition her back and forth. The PT has always improved her quality of life. I am grateful for all of the care from Bria of Westmont. My mom is going onto hospice now but I am forever grateful for all your help

I would be remiss if I did not comment on the wonderful care and experience my wife had at BRIA Westmont and the STR!VE Rehab program. She arrived at BRIA on July 11 after having surgery for a broken femur. Her stay and rehab at BRIA lasted until August 22nd and, although that sounds like a long time, it was not unpleasant at all. She received great care and attention from all of her nurses, most notably, Victoria, Charles, Erika, Alvin and Josh. They were always pleasant and made my wife feel like they truly cared about her every day. The Nurse Assistants were wonderful and did all they could to make her stay more comfortable. Sosomma, Fatima, Jackie, Lincoln and Jasmine treated her as if she was their mother. They always found a way to engage in conversation and laugh at little things that happened during their day. My wife’s Physical Therapist, Jen, was the best! She worked her hard but with a tremendous attitude and a lot of care. There were many other people at BRIA who usually don’t get thanked but not by us. Emily was the young lady who came around every day to take the food order for the next day or two. She was the sweetest girl and my wife just loved talking to her when she came in to the room. The woman that cleaned my wife’s room every day, Estella, was not only excellent and kept the room spotless, she was also friendly and made my wife feel even more comfortable. And Katrina, the evening receptionist at the front door, was always smiling and made you feel welcome at every visit. The Director, Ozzie Morales, was the consummate professional from the day I met him until the day my wife left. He always listened to any comment and made sure to remedy anything that caused us concern. He is a valued employee. As for the facility itself, it was always clean and had none of the smells that you might find at other places. My wife enjoyed leaving her room in the wheelchair and rolling down the hall where she met other patients, creating a more social atmosphere. The fact that I could bring our dog, Rudy, to visit every evening was a huge bonus and the staff and other patients really looked forward to his visits. About the only thing that was not 100% was the food, which could have been a little better, but if that’s the only complaint, then BRIA Westmont is a winner! My wife has been at two other facilities in the past and neither one came close to her experience at BRIA. We would recommend BRIA Westmont to anyone who needs their services.

Highly recommended place without reservation. The facilities are brand new, well managed, superb staff while focusing on customer service. Most importantly the staff truly listens to you, they understand what your needs are and so you would have a piece of mind that your loves ones are in good care by people who really care about people.

The strive unit at Bria of Westmont is very good. They took great care of my father. The aqua therapy was a great benefit to his recovery and was a life saver for my father's needs. The physical therapy staff was excellent, especially Karyn and Micheal. The CRNA, Lincoln always went out of his way to help my father with his daily needs. He and Jackie were outstanding and took great care of him. The nursing staff under the care of Ruby and Evelyn were also outstanding. If there is something that you need or care you are not receiving the director is ALWAYS willing to help and make things right for you and your family. This is a great place to care for your loved ones.

Best place for short term rehab and long term care. I would recommend this place to family and friends. They have a state of the art rehab center with a pool and a bistro! the amenities are great. The long term care floor is well maintained and clean, not your typical nursing home at all. It's a place where staff truly cares for their patients. I would recommend this to my mom and dad. 5 stars all the way!
