The staff at Prairie Pointe is professional, caring and empathetic towards my husband and the other residents. Krista, Arelis and their office staff always have the time to greet me & my family during our visits, and answer any questions that we may have. Your activities director, nursing staff and janitorial crew are awesome!

My mother was 96 and very independent when she finally agreed to consider assisted living. While most facilities share similar designs there is a vibe at Prairie Pointe that separates it from the rest. This is evident whether you are talking to staff, residents or other families. The calm efficiency and caring attitude of the staff allows you to know that your loved one is well cared for. Being privately owned the cost structure is very competitive. Due to heart and kidney failure my mother's time at Prairie Pointe was far shorter than we hoped for but given the opportunity we would again choose Prairie Pointe.

I toured this facility. The atmosphere was great and the staff were super friendly. We really liked the movie theater room that is available for the residents. Think about this place for my mother.
