The staff are very caring and work hard to provide care for its residents. They are all willing to listen and brainstorm when there is a problem, they hold weekly meetings with residents and we have seen changes based on what residents want. It is a beautiful, caring community and we have been very happy with mom's care.

When we started looking for assisted living for my mom we decided on Bickford in Aurora. We worked with Katie and she made the process effortless, which is not an easy task! Having to put a family member or loved one into assisted living is difficult on so many levels, we were blessed to have been able to work with someone who cared so much and truly went out of her way to help.

Bickford of Aurora is a wonderful place for my parents. Both of them (and their dog!) are very well cared for. Navigating their care was a new and challenging thing for our family, and the staff at Bickford helped put our mind at ease. They are happy and safe (and well feed) - excellent chefs too!

Mom has been at Bickford since late 2021, first in assisted living, and now in Mary B's. It is a challenge to navigate care for a family member with dementia, but Bickford has been the best choice we have made. Getting to know mom, they saw things that we did not always, and when it was time to move to Mary B's, they were so helpful and made us feel this would be best for mom. And it has! She is so happy. They are always doing something that engages mom in activities she enjoys. With consistent and dedicated staff, we know that mom is thriving and enjoys her life. Thank you Bickford of Aurora!

This is a wonderful, caring place for your loved one that needs assistance. We toured several places before deciding on a residence for my mother in law. This was the best decision for us.
