When my mom was diagnosed with cognitive impairment, my family and I knew that my mom needed to move to assisted living. We visited a few senior living facilities but Westbrook stood out because it has an upbeat decor and vibe, and not a gloomy atmosphere like the other places we checked out. The Westbrook staff has helped tremendously with my mom’s progression from assisted living to memory care. It has obviously been difficult to see my mom decline from Alzheimer’s and aphasia but knowing that my mom is extremely well taken care of has given my family some peace. My mom is always dressed and clean. My mom is comfortable. Her room is always clean. There are daily activities in MC. It is not just leave the residents to watch tv all day. The amazing staff is always interacting with the residents. There are many staff members who have worked at Westbrook for years. I think that says a lot about how Westbrook is managed and the culture. Throughout this journey the staff has become like family to us. We trust their care with my mom. I highly recommend Westbrook and my family feels blessed for their care.

I am an entertainer and have seen the high level of care given to the residents on a daily basis. My family had so much fun at the Holiday Brunch. They accommodated our large group and the buffet food was delicious. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Even small kids had a great time. Everything was well organized.

Westbrook is a premier senior living community offering Independent and Assisted living as well as Memory Care. It is the cleanest community I have visited and has a dedicated team with impressive longevity. You feel the welcoming atmosphere as you as you enter. As you walk the halls you can see how happy the residents are with their home. If you are looking for your next home or for a loved one, Westbrook is the place to go.

Anna, (Executive Director), and her team at Westbrook are incredible. The building is new and well kept, the food is good and the activities keep my mom busy. The majority of the staff have all been working there for some time and show a genuine interest in the residents and family members visiting.

I live in Oregon, so it is difficult to see my mom on a regular basis. I visited my mom a few weeks ago. Wherever I took my Mom (95 years old) in her wheelchair, staff said hello and took time to be friendly. From the maintenance worker, nurses, assistants, front desk, and others. Even the hairdresser was very caring and courteous. They all know my Mom and were extremely helpful. Like many individuals I love my Mom and it makes me feel good knowing she is being cared for so well. Thank You!

Our father was a resident of Westbrook Senior Living in the Memory Care unit for close to 3 years. His initial placement at another local facility was unpleasant at best and my family and I are forever grateful that we found Westbrook. From the beginning the staff worked tirelessly to help him adapt to his new reality even in the face of severe illness. He was cared for by every member of the staff as if he was one of their own family, as all the residents there are. The facility is very pretty, clean and comfortable, the meals are nicely prepared and any other needs the residents have are taken care of with a smile. The director Aksel and his staff are some of the kindest, hardest working and most unflappable people I have had the pleasure to meet and my family and we trusted them implicitly to care for our dad and they never ever let us down. When he passed away they made our whole family welcome and comfortable and many of them came in to pay respects. Honestly we could not have hoped for a better experience and I'm sure my dad would agree.

Resident, Sept, 2016 - March, 2023. Westbrook was a 5-star community when I moved in (2016) and for several years after. In my opinion it is now a 2.5 - 3 star community. Some programs and amenities have been dropped and the restaurant-style dining leaves much to be desired as the quality and portion size of the meals has decreased. I found no other option than to move to another senior-living facility.

Westbrook Senior Living Community is far Superior of any of the Communities that my Mom Lived in or that we visited. The entire staff from the caregivers especially Josefina and Virginia to the Nurses especially Stella and to the operations Aksel, Kristen and Cynthia they all are very caring, helpful and respectful to all the seniors. My Mom has truly found a place she can call home. We are so appreciative for all the services provided by Westbrook Senior Living.

Westbrook Senior Living took excellent care of our mom. She experienced independent living, assisted living and memory care during her stay. At every level of care she was shown respect and treated extremely well. The amount of care she received was personalized to meet her physical and mental health needs. Our sincerest gratitude to the staff- from the aides thru the department directors - for the care they delivered.

All the staff are very friendly, and the newly built property is very clean and offers beautiful views. With convenient meal service and resident nursing care, it's a great place for adults to stay. Prices vary depending on room size.
