Horrible experience in the memory care center. Loved one had ‘escaped’ and was gone for an extended period of time, had tried to get into a church about a 1/4 mile away and set the church’s alarm off. Alarms at memory care facility evidently did not go off. Staff did not assist with meals, loved one lost 35 pounds in less than 3 months while a resident there. Staff did not assist loved one at meal time. Staff did not know how to handle agitated or combative behavior, would just call family to have them come in at all hours day and night or would just send loved one to ER. [name removed], was not in the least bit professional,came up to loved one after he had fall and was picking at wound on head without gloves on. [name removed] talked out both sides of her mouth, and yet nothing would get done.Also loved one was not getting meds as prescribed. When a dementia resident refused a medication the staff needs to get creative with how the resident will take prescribed medications. Very disappointed in this place and the care my loved one received at this facility.

This place is absolutely fabulous. Every single person here gives 110%. Jack , Shauna, Brittany, Rita , Kenny & all of the others who’s names escape me, treat everyone as their own family. I can’t say enough about how happy we are that our Mom is here. This really is one big family atmosphere.

Has a very home like atmosphere. Staff treat you like family as a soon as you enter the community. The residents are happy, and staff say they enjoy their job. Food is great. Apartments are roomy and pricing is good.

Jack and Shana were very friendly & professional as they helped me through the process of trying to find the right placement for my dad. They answered many many questions for me and tried to accommodate to my special requests for dad. Rita, the nurse, is awesome. She went over all dads past and present medical issues. She is on top of all his needs. This is such a relief to me. The kitchen staff is top-notch, as well as all the aids, assistants, front desk and Rosie. They definitely deserve FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My dad is a resident here for the last year and the staff have been very accommodating to his special medical needs. This is a smaller facility and the care is personable and caring. The director, Shannon, is very conscientious and caring and has addressed any problems that we have had. I recommend Centennial Pointe if you need a place for your loved one to live.

My beloved mother passed away this am at the Arbors (Memory Care Unit) at Centennial Pointe surrounded by the loving staff and her family. I cant say enough about this community. They are so nurturing to their residents and treat them with such love and respect. They take great care about the dignity of their residents. I couldnt have wished for a better place for her to live these past years. I am so thankful for the peaceful and loving environment that they provided my mother to end her time on earth. I cant say enough about the staff and their wonderful treatment of my mother. Her passing was the most positive experience I could have hoped for and I feel such love for all the workers who came to show their love for my mother and those that came to sit and help me through her passing. I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a safe, loving and beautiful place for their loved one.

My mother, Darlene Jackson, lived at Centennial Pointe assisted living for a year and a half and then transferred to The Arbors Memory Care facility for one year until her passing in April. We are so grateful for all the love and good care she received at both facilities. The staff is absolutely wonderful. You couldnt ask for a more caring group of people. They were always so kind to her and to me and my sisters. Thank you to everyone!

Mom is eating good, walking more and enjoys the company. The staff that are there are so loving with the residents. It does seem like they are a little understaffed as I do not think mom is getting checked on as often as she was supposed to. There is a nurse on site all day and night. I have good communication with the staff and I would recommend this community.

I attended the open house and was very impressed with both Centennial Pointe and The Arbors. It seems every challenge has been addressed, every comfort and convenience thought of, and delightful little extras at every turn. I especially liked the idea of shadow boxes, where favorite knick-knacks, pictures, etc. for each resident can be displayed. I love the area kitchen where residents can go if they want to bake cookies. Also the large screen TV, beauty/barber shop facilities, home-like furniture in each room. I like the idea of one floor, nice views, easy walking paths, and that pets can be accepted. I have already talked it up with several friends who are considering a move to such a place.
