The staff at Cedarhurst work well with one another - from the Housekeeping team to the Executive Director. Questions get answered, and we are informed as to what is going on within the facility. We have had a great experience over the past 6 months. It was absolutely a change for all of us, including my Father, but he has settled in well. His apartment is now his home and he is very satisfied. My family and I appreciate all they do for our dad and would encourage you to stop by for a tour soon!

The staff at Cedarhurst are great and they really seem to care about my Dad and the other residents. The community seems to be very well managed and is always clean. The activities are great! The bus outings are so much fun! I give them 5 stars!

Phenomenal experience so far - clean, great staff and care, tons of fun activities for my Dad. Sad to see that others had a negative experience, but sounds like the new Director they hired basically brought in all new staff and got rid of those causing past issues.

I had an initial hesitation with my family putting my Grandmother in this facility based on other reviews, but let me tell you they are wrong and out of date! The facility has brought in the most amazing Senior Director to clean house and revitalize the staff and standards. I've been truly blown away by the love and care this new leader has brought to this facility. My Grandma basically kicks me out when I'm visiting, and practically runs (well pushes her walker with speed and determination) out of her room to attend the various events and activities planned for them. She hasn't been this happy in years! The facility is clean, beautiful, and I can tell the staff in place now truly cares and values the patients they get to take care of. It brings me peace knowing the individuals who were awful are long gone, which is the reason I felt compelled to write this review.

Very professional and caring service from a very attentive staff. The administrator, Becky, has always answered my questions quickly and completely! When choosing a retirement facility for a loved one, this is so important! Unfortunately, mom passed before she was able to transition to Cedarhurst, but the caring nature of the employees will be remembered always!

As the past Community Relations Director, I can highly recommend Cedarhurst of Springfield! Although, I have chosen to move on, Cedarhurst is an AMAZING community! It all starts with the great leadership of Executive Director, Becky Woiwode! Her tireless leadership is second to none and that same commitment trickles down to her staff! Such a loving, caring staff. There priority has always been the welfare of their residents. You cant go wrong if you chose Cedarhurst of Springfield for your loved one !
