5 stars are not enough!! My grandfather had suffered from stroke which left him bed bound and I was eager to look for a caregiver almost immediately after his discharge from hospital. I had a pleasure of speaking with Michelle during my search for the caregiving agencies. Before I even proceed to choose this agency, Michelle had already started working on finding me a suitable caregiver even before his discharge. My grandfather got discharged on the Friday and Michelle arranged a caregiver starting from Monday! I was extremely happy with Josephine our caregiver who was certified and had experience with Hoyer lift, hospital beds and other medical equipment. She was kind, extremely compassionate and detail oriented with her care. We felt confident knowing she was there to help us! Thank you Acti-Kare for providing an exceptional care in such difficult time for us! I would highly recommend this agency to anyone in need.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Michelle of Acti-Kare Rolling Meadows. My grandma has multiple chronic illnesses, so we were looking into different organizations to provide some support in the home. Of course we were very picky. However, we were delighted with the service that was provided. All her needs were met, and the home health aid was very professional. I am now recommending this to everybody I know.

I was alone and facing a serious heart surgery. I had to find someone to help. I found Acti-Kare of Rolling Meadows and could not believe what they told me they could do for me. I invited Michelle and Susan to my home to discuss. I was immediately impressed by the caring and sensitive attitude they showed. Michelle explained they could accompany me to the hospital, and arrange a care giver for my dog! It may sound trivial, but, having to leave my dog alone or put him in a shelter was the biggest stress factor I faced. Michelle and Susan took the time to befriend my dog, understand his needs and make sure I was comfortable leaving him with them. Michelle drove me to hospital, checked on me after surgery and brought me home again. Two hours later I suffered ill effects from the surgery and had to go back to the ER, Michelle came within minutes, took me to the ER and was there again to bring me home once I was released.professional, caring, competent service Acti-Kare provided me was truly unbeatable.
