Worked for them for about 3 years in the office staff always seems to be slacking. Also did not do home checks nearly often enough. There was multiple homes I went to that I found to be unlivable condition. Contacted a lady hire up about roaches and one guy's house and she told me just to change my clothes when I left there. No thanks!

I agree with a lot of the comments that have been posted on here. I have worked for the Rockford office for 24 years and never ONCE have I gotten employee of the month. Multiply 12 x 24 that equals 288 plus the two months since my hire date of February of 94 that equals 290 months that I have never once got an employee of the month . A lot of months that I have not received any recognition for my years of service. Nothing nada. If you're lucky enough to get employee of the month you get $25 bonus on your paycheck. They used to give you little small gifts for your years of service at the meetings they don't even do that anymore. Hell you don't even get any recognition at all anymore. Don't know what I have to do to get any recognition from the company for my years of service. I have worked there longer than ANYBODY ELSE in that office. About the vacation pay though if you do not take that vacation in a year's time they do pay it on your next paycheck after that year goes by because I did get my vacation pay after that year was up that I didn't take my vacation. But I agree that paperwork is ridiculous. It takes me at least an hour and a half to do all my paperwork before I have to turn it in. I think the only reason I have stayed this long is the fact that I am nearing retirement age now and I don't want to change work now and I actually do like most of my clients. But don't let the office catch you liking a client because then they'll accuse you of developing a personal relationship with them and write you up for it and they'll take your client away from you. I could go on and on too but it's already getting too long. You would think they'd appreciate someone who worked there 24 years for them since they have a lot of turn around in the company because some people stay a month or two and then they quit because they don't like the job. All I can say is if I had to do it over with I think I would have done something else. They don't appreciate their employees. And one more , thank God Lori Thompson is not there anymore as the boss.
