My father has been at Bickford for over 5 years. We feel so fortunate to have made the right decision to make this his home as he ages. The Director does a great job in communicating with residents and their families. The staff are happy and greet everyone with sincere commitment to make their stay pleasurable. Bickford hands down the best place for my mother, The family also must be involved. The staff and the meals were all better than any of the three I had Mother at previous. I would recommend the Bick ford as a first choice .Clean neat and all around great atmosphere to be around. If you are looking for a place for Mom or Dad you must check out The Bick Ford. Towards the end it was a full time job for me and the staff was so very helpful and out going .The staff one me across the boards. They were there for me to help in any way they could ,I have nothing to say but thank all the staff at Bickford.

This place treats your family like their family. The dining experience there is like home, food is pretty good. People are taken care of as if in their own home, because they are in their own apartments, locking door and all. These apartments provide enough space, and the amenities of home, full kitchens, bathrooms, self controlled heat and air. The staff there is exceptional in thier care for residents, from toileting to laundry and housekeeping the staff really cares. The nurses are AWESOME as well!
