As an employee, Carriage Crossing Senior Living is a wonderful facility to work. It all starts with the strong and fair leadership from management. This is critical for success. I have been in Healthcare for 46 years and have experienced many, many changes with numerous challenges. One constant that does not change is how the residents are cared for, and I believe that we excel in this area. Why? We work as a team and put the residents and families as our number one priority. Our staff are diverse, caring, experienced, and will go that extra mile if necessary to allow each resident to live life to the fullest. This is a beautiful facility with a country setting and just the right size to give it that feeling of home. If you are looking for a facility with Assisted Living and Memory Care, that employ caring, experienced, and dedicated staff. Come and tour our facility and judge for yourself. I understand that many who read this will say, of course he will post a positive review, he works there. That's partially true. We are not perfect. We are always striving to be and do better. We rely on the residents and families, and encourage their input to help us to always do better. We see the residents and families as part of Carriage Crossings' family and that's the difference maker.

From an employee standpoint, I have never enjoyed working for another company as much as I have enjoyed working at Carriage Crossing. I always look forward to coming to "work"... the atmosphere is fun and inviting and I love getting to interact with the residents every day. The management is warm and welcoming and I am amazed by the group of individuals that I am lucky enough to work beside. I have never worked with a group that will literally go above and beyond for their co-workers when help is needed and everyone is always so ready to lend a hand and jump in for whatever is needed.. I love my CCR team!!!
