My mom is a resident at The Pointe and she is so happy with the way we are treated by the entire staff. They are all helpful, and treat everyone with care. The meals are good, and are served with a smile. The facilities are clean and well cared for. From the time we met the executive staff we felt we would be welcome and well cared for. Highly recommend this loving caring community.

I have nothing but great things to say about the pointe. My mother is there and let me say, they in my opinion saved her life. You should have seen the joy on her face when she walked 10 feet. So thank you, the pointe at pontiac. They have the best physical therapy, my mom says food and events are the best, I myself have been treated very good every time Im there.

Amazing work environment! Clean facility with such friendly staff!

Often times in senior care we see our loved ones care fall through the cracks due to large campuses designed to fit as many bodies in the building as possible. This is not the case at The Pointe. The Pointe is a modest size home which enables staff to give extra attention to those they care for. Residents voices are heard when it comes to preference of their care, food, and activities.

We recently moved my mother from another facility. She could not be happier even with the covid19 stuff going on. The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The food is the best she has since she was in a healthcare facility. The activities really help her out with balance and overall mental health. She sounds happier that she has in a long tjme. Thank you Josh and ALL the staff! Nurses, CNAs, Activities, food services, and maintenance. She now wishes she would have moved fro Fairbury a long time ago. Thank you!
