My mother currently resides there but for not much longer. First, the management is terrible at doing basic maintenance and this could become the next Surfside Incident if the landlord doesn't do a better job at things like building inspections and pest control. Second, the landlord hates smoking, vaping, and dogs, and has decided to use the full force of Illinois law to infringe on my mother's rights. Therefore, my mother is packing her stuff as I type this...
