I moved my mom from California into the grand Regency of Peoria on August 30th 2022 and to say the experience was amazing is an understatement. The staff as well as the lovely people who live here made this such a nice experience for my mom. When you need of facility for an older loved one who can no longer live on their own I would highly recommend Grand Regency of Peoria. She has settled in so wonderfully and has made this transition and this move a lot easier and to see her this happy considering she would never have wanted to go to a facility, just shows how wonderful this place is.

I have been working here for the past 7 years. The residents are my family I love all of them and wouldn't trade them for the world!!!!! I came into this job not thinking I would be here for as long as I have I'm not going anywhere any time soon!!!

During the tour of the Grand Regency I knew this was where I would feel safe leaving my mom in their care everyones hospitality was a 10 from the front fest to the intake nurse and most of all Mrs Butler for going above and beyond to not only make sure my mom was in the best of care but they would become a family thank you so much for your hard work my mom is so happy and I appreciate everything from the bottom of my heart ❤

I have worked in this building for 10 years,First in transportation for a year and then the last nine years in activities.The residents are my family,and I love them dearly. Grand lifestyles as a company has been a wonderful company to work for. Wouldnt have it any other way.The building is iconic, it is absolutely gorgeous at Christmas. I love that this company encourage his philanthropic work, diversity, and encourages at staff to be kind. Positive all the way around.I love grand Regency of Peoria.

We chose Courtyard Estates for the proximity to my mother-in-law's son and family and also because of the friendliness of the people. We were impressed with the staff - they were very helpful. My mother-in-law says the food is great. The communtiy is close to a pharmacy so for those who are capable, they can walk less than a block to Walgreens. It's also close to bus routes.

We toured here when we were looking for options. We liked it, and it was one of the very few places that will take medicaid. Though they were more expensive than another place we found. It's also a four story building, and you have to use elevators to get everywhere, and that would have been a challenge for us.

Courtyard Estates was very nice. The dining room was on one floor, and the apartments were on the second and third floor. For somebody really ambulatory, it would be just fine, but it might be a stretch for somebody who is disabled. The staff seemed to be fine.
