Tony and Christine are the nicest and most helpful people I have ever encountered. They helped my 72 year old uncle transition so easily into concorde. Which btw I definitely recommend highly. It's clean and updated and has every amenity possible..The place is amazing and has everything you need The staff is great Most important it's safe and secure and Everything I asked help for my uncle was fulfilled..I 100% recommend anyone over 55 staying here You won't be disappointed. Big shout out to Tony Mazza who made it possible and easy and Christine for settling him in Dynamic duo and dynamic place you can trust your loved ones with.

I can't say enough about Concord place. My sister lived there for 5 years and unfortunately we had to place her in a nursing home as her health deteriorated. The staff, Fran, Tony, Christine and the receptionists have been amazing. Anyone who disagrees needs to visit other facilities. Fran and Tony helped me in the transition and spent endless hours finding a place for her to go. Again anyone who has issues with this facility should work 1 day in these communities and see how hard it is. It's easy to point fingers but I guarantee 90% of the world wouldn't last 1 week in the senior care field.

YOU WILL LOVE BEING HERE , I PROMISE !!!! -!!!! I am now well into my second year and I still enjoy waking up each day at Concord Place. I am so Thankful that my daughters found this lovely place for me to call my home. The staff is so kind and very helpful, they have staff that are here to meet your every need, question or concern. The staff will spoil you, we have fun things to do everyday that will make you laugh, and enjoy life. If you enjoy reading , cozy up w a great book by the fire place, as we have several. Each department is professional, BUT -with a human kindness and compassion touch, that we all need... You are safe here and the suites here are very nice. I personally fixed up my apartment on a small budget and it is so nice, sweet and comfy. They want you to make your apartment your very own. I have assisted some new residents in making there apartments, perfect for them, all on frugal budgets. I am getting ahead of myself. So lets back up please - As you enter Concord Place you will see the brand - spanking * NEW * lobby,dinning room,library,medical offices, as they offer on site Doctors and a medical Staff of fine Nurses, that would be Suzy and Peter. always there to lend a hand or answer your medical needs or questions. Next lets talk about the food and beverage dept. That is Tracey, Chanel and her fine team, the food is excellent and the menu is perfect day or night. They have a fun professional staff of waitresses and waiters and before you know it, the staff will address you by your name. Its GREAT food and plenty of it. They also offer my favorite - ROOM SERVICE !!! We have a exercise room and exercise classes. There are so many - fun- things to do everyday here at Concord Place you must stop by and meet Katie ,she plans the special events like Teas,Proms for Seniors,outings to the zoo, as well as a very full schedule of things to do 7 days a week!!! we have plays,dances,parties and more events . Katie and her special team of volunteers ** um-hum, I am one of those hard working Volunteers, along with all the dedicated Volunteers** that make Concord Place --- Shake,Rattle and Roll and we all work together to help make Concord Place and every resident happy !!! You will meet super nice people here- If your a Veteran, you must a mover and a shaker that is SONIA !!!! Sonia assist the Veterans with paperwork etc and is truly dedicated to the Veterans and the needs of each of her Veterans . There is a special floor for the Veterans and you will never have a better and more dedicated leader than Sonia. Also when you do call or come in-- Talk with Tony !!! Tony will show you around Concord , answer your questions and give you and your family the royal tour, plus Tony is so friendly !!! Also meet with Dave * the Executive Director and Fran * Executive Directer of Concord Place . Both Dave and Fran are dedicated leaders and run a clean,safe,friendly,secure, place for you and for all the residents that are a vital part of our community... Say a friendly hello to Miss. Phyllis @ the front desk. Shes so great @ her job and goes that extra step every time. Plus - she always has a friendly and helpful smile for everyone. Living here is GREAT they have once a week house keeping and some floors offer to do your laundry. There is a nice new and spotlessly clean laundry room in our basement . The CNAs are right here to hold a hand,lend a shoulder and assist you with your meds or other needs. They are filled with compassion and kindness... To sum up Concord Place , they not only will meet your needs , they will exceed your every expectation !!!! I am an Ordained Minister and serve our Chapel here @ Concord Place . The Concord Retirement Home is utterly fantastic in their understanding of all of our elderly loved ones being equally cared for as well as highly respected. The relationships that are built, the personal dedication that is obvious - as well as the social gatherings to make sure that nobody feels they are left alone makes Concord Place the best place I know of.

We moved our 65 year old cousin, who needs a walker, into Concord four months ago and we are extremely happy with our decision! The staff is attentive, excellent and very helpful. Having medical help on premises and visiting regularly is a tremendous convenience instead of having to take her to outside appointments. They make every effort to get the residents out of their rooms and stay active plus she loves the food. Had we not discovered Concord Place we would have been paying twice the rental amount elsewhere! We outfitted her freshly painted with new carpeting studio with furnishings from yard and garage sales, thrift stores and online used forums and she loves it! Take the tour and you'll be convinced.

I am brand new here at Concord Place retirement ,Its a wonderful place too call my home. So far so good every thing is clean, well maintained, the food is good and getting better,Tracy is in charge of that dept she is doing a really good job. The entire staff is so very - very nice, they are attentive and meet and exceed all your expectations. Anna the move in cord. is on top of every detail. you will love that she is right there for you and your needs... She is a sweetheart. My experience is great here at Concord Place from the front desk staff and the friendly smiles and answering my questions. All your needs will be met. You will make many new friends and you can do as much or as little as you want. the schedule is full of fun and exciting things do. Just have fun and enjoy everyday in every way!! take care, Kathy O

One cousin located him at Concord Place, and as soon as I sent a private message to Mary, the Activity Director, she responded immediately the indeed he was a resident there, was doing fine... and she is currently helping him connect to all the Rak Cousins!!! My husband and I visited the Concord Place. It is a nice building. It is a nice building with a nice atmosphere, especially when you go upstairs. When we entered the lobby, I wasn't too impressed because it was plain. I noticed stains on the rug, which threw me off. However, when the sales person gave us a tour of the place, I was impressed. On the first floor, they have a workout area and a swimming pool, which I liked. Visitors are allowed to use the swimming pool; I like that. Outside the swimming pool, they have a small courtyard. You can go outside and sit there. It was impressive. We went upstairs where they had a couple of rec rooms; it was very nice. They have ballrooms that they rent out and a room where they hold parties for the residents. They have dancing there. My brother-in-law loves to dance, so he would have loved that. However, because my brother-in-law has Alzheimer's, they told us that this was not the place for him. Even though he is not a wanderer, they are not lockdown, and so for that fact, they could not take him.

My 86 year old mother has been a resident of Concord Place for 4 1/2 years, so we have had a long time to decide if it was a good decision. I can say without a doubt that it was! Concord Place is a comprehensive Retirement Community for seniors in many stages of life from fully independent residents to those with physical and mental disabilities. Staff turnover is very low, which is an indication of satisfied employees and good management. The many CNA's who provide 24 hour a day oversight have been not only skillful and professional, but also patient, friendly and kind - so much so, that I now look forward to seeing them as much as I do my Mom when I come to visit. The professional on sight nursing, medical and physical therapy staff are all excellent. They care not only for the residents, but also for the residents families during what can be a stressful transition. I have always felt that my concerns as the child of a resident have been heard, respected and addressed. The building itself is well maintained and clean, and the meals are nutritious, tasty and varied. On Sunday a free breakfast is offered for all visitors to encourage family and friends to visit the residents. There are so many activities that it is difficult to decide what to do each day. Yesterday, there was an excellent men's choir that visited and entertained the residents with oldies sung with with and passion. There are no words to express how much contentment Concord Place has given to my Mom and the family.

Concord Place helps the veterans and gives them a discount price, which is really good. They go by your income for what they charge you. They also have assisted living. The nurses check on you every morning no matter what. They provide housekeeping and 3 meals a day, and they have activities. If they need more care or help getting into bed, they provide that, too. There are 2 aides on each floor. There are like 16 floors. If anything happens or a resident fell, they just pull the string either in the living room or in the bathroom. It's really nice. You can see the downtown area from the 16th floor. They have a lot of activities, and the VA has a lot of stuff for them as well. They have a certain floor just for veterans. If that's booked, they will try to put you in a different floor until it opens, but they won't charge you more. There is a sitting area outside, but I wish they had more. It's very close to the expressway, so they don't get super good view unless they're high up and they can see the downtown view. They have a little picnic area outside, a pool, a workout room, a therapy room, a library, and a computer center. It's not too bad. My mom's there. They take the residents to the stores, to shopping, to Walmart, or the library. It used to be a hotel, so it doesn't have a whole lot of stuff outside.

Concord Place was well staffed and had a lot of amenities, but it was old. The apartments were kind of small, not set up really nice, and a lot of them were still being remodeled because of how old they are. They had a pool, but it was shut down for some reason, a fitness area which quite a few people were using, and game areas that people used often. The menu was very good, and the food was quite good. They're contained in one building. There's no place to walk around. I guess it used to be an old hotel, so you're kind of contained to that place. The best thing about Concord is the staff. They had a good staff there, and the director was very nice.

Concord was dependable and had potential. The room was pretty decent; it could be a little bigger, but it would just be for my mother. They have a swimming pool, recreation rooms, and a family room. They have big hallways, a private party room for families, and an entertainment room, which was pretty big.

The sales person at Concord Place seemed very honest and forthright. Everything looked well. The thing I did not like was should my parents need any kind of financial assistance -- whether it be VA benefits or not -- they would have to move to a different location that was smaller. My mom is 84, and she has dementia; my stepfather is 95. If they get used to one setup and the time came that they needed financial assistance, a move to another location that is smaller would be more difficult for them to adapt. I don't want to move them more than once unless they need more attention, but the dining area seemed nice.

My friend ended up at Concord Senior Living, it’s a big high rise building. He was able to get a very special Veterans ward, and he has a lot of perks except for where it’s located. I think it’s a good place, but it’s very large. It’s a high rise hotel that was changed into a senior place. I would recommend it as it is affordable and nice. They have three meals a day; it’s very lovely and cheerful, but it’s surrounded by expressway. They have lots of activities. I am very impressed with the admissions gentleman and the people I met in the hall.

My sister is at the Concord Place. There is a lot to do, they have a nice dining room with a menu, and they are very helpful to her. Their rooms are a nice size. I got her a studio, we put in everything, and it is perfect for her. It is all brand new carpeting and paint. All the people are helpful. They have bingo and meetings, a pool you can swim, a movie room, an exercise room, a beauty salon, and an extra room in their mezzanine with a big kitchen, and somewhere the family can go and eat if you don't want to go in your room.

We checked out Concord Place. It was an assisted living, and they said my brother was too much for them because he is blind and he has dementia. However, I thought the place was fantastic, and I thought it would work well for him, but according to the nurses and the guy that we talked to, it was just an assisted living and he would probably need more than that. I knew if I would go to some place, I would like to go there. It had pretty much everything that you would want. The room was perfect, and I thought it was beautiful. It had its own bathroom -- which was very important. It was a nice place.

Concord Place is so spacious, and full of great activities! The staff have been very helpful and easy to access. Its wonderful that there is a doctor and physical therapy right on site. My mother has been able to get out a lot in her wheel chair, which is just great. The food is good, too. We enjoy coming over for meals with her. Oh, and PETS ALLOWED!! We searched so hard to find a place where my mother could keep her cat. I feel shes in good hands there, and am grateful for that.
