The head people at homewatch just think about them self and there pockets. Caregivers are the one with the love and compassion and they get less pay, no raise, no bonus, no respect all they care about if you at your client place and I can understand that, but when my granddaughter got sick and my car broke down, they had no compassion at all. Was upset with me instead of asking if everything was ok. Like I said the caregiver are good people , the office people nice at the beginning and will smile in your face and cant wait to cash those checks. Opening up my own caregiving business and I will care like my workers. #treat like you wanna be treated.

We are so lucky to have found Homewatch! I live out of town and my Mom is alone currently recovering from major back surgery. Our experience started December 2017 and throughout we have had some changes in my Moms needs. Everytime Homewatch been able to accommodate us. This being the first time we have ever needed home care we were not sure what to expect. It took some trial and error but everything is working like a well oiled machine. Betty, Leslie, Brenda and Stacy are always so willing to help for whatever we need. Not only these ladies but every employee has been wonderful. The caregivers that have been assigned to my Mom are very kind, capable and trustworthy. After my Moms surgery our needs changed to a 24-7 arrangement and I can not tell you how lucky I feel that I know my Mom is in great hands! Thank you Homewatch

Our Grandmother was fiercely independent and able to care for herself until she was 100 years old. When she reached the age of 100 she began to fail physically and was unable to safely care for herself. Because of her independence she was resistant to receiving in home care. With skill and compassion, Homewatch Caregivers convinced her that it was in her best interest and supplied her with a caregiver that Grandma immediately fell in love with. They provided a wonderful person and trusted caregiver. We do not know what we would have done had Homewatch Caregivers not had the ability to instill the trust and confidence in our Grandmother to accept the care she badly needed. Thanks Mitch.

I have nothing bad to say about this company, as they are willing to work with you and are VERY reasonable when there is something to be dealt with or changed. Homewatch CareGivers has been providing compassionate, professional care to a very elderly relative, enabling her to stay in her home despite several physical challenges.
