There are not enough great things that I can say about Sugar Creek Care Center!! They have made the transition for my great grandma nothing but amazing. I cannot thank the staff enough for being so caring and allowing the place to feel like home. They go above and beyond in everything they do- the place is spotless, the food is great, I could not ask for a better place to be caring for my great grandma during this difficult time. Thank you sugar creek!

Took the tour while looking for placement for my mom. Very clean and well staffed. Residents seemed happy and cared for. Food also looked yummy. Seemed like lots of activities to keep busy. Would recommend.

Both parents in here. They are safe, clean, have lots of activities, and staff is wonderful. Before I placed my parents there I played piano weekly for them and NEVER heard staff be nasty. Often they have no idea Im listening or paying attention-its not a put-on. I drop by, my family drops by, unannounced, and weve never had any kind of problem. Great staff, really nice facility, wonderful rec director, and the staff are so nice. And, the price was excellent, especially compared to those in Oklahoma where parents moved from to live here. If theres any issue-they call. And my parents can be a handful!!!!!

We have been extremely pleased with the personalized and loving care the team at Sugar Creek provides for our loved one. It is a great relief to know that he is being cared for and receives assistance from people who are skilled in meeting his needs. The activities they plan for the residents and families are very special, as well.

The Center is filled with wonderful people who really care about the residents. My Mom always has something to do, if she wants, and is actually HAPPY there. I prayed so hard for the best place, and after a few disappointments, God led us here.

I have been working here over 3 years and have seen a remarkable change in management. The management team could not be stronger and is very knowledgeable in the disease process which is reflected in the care of our residents. It is clean, well maintained, great food and activities are abundant. I have had many opportunities to work in other communities but would not work any where but here. Our administrator is very experienced and willing to help any-all who are struggling with a loved one who is battling with Alzheimers-dementia. I would not hesitate to call or stop in anytime for a tour, a meal or just someone to talk to about this life changing decision.

This is a phenomenal place for folks with this disease. When I was looking for a job first thing I noticed was the Management team. It is a well oiled machine that is all about the residents. It is clean, the foods fantastic and the residents come first. I would give this place a 10 if I could5 stars
