I have visited NLH myself it loooks like a Hilton Hotel inside, the outside needs nsome hel the arking lot needs resurfacing, the trres needs some hel.The erson I talked to has a low in-come and she was told her income was low so when her lease comes up her rent would be lower, then when this erson talked to thhe manager the manager said,no because this erson was the original erson that movved in,then why did the manager tell this erson that their rent coud be lower when thier lease could be lower, and sat down with this erson, looked at a chart and mentioned what it might be,ths erson thought their rent might be lowered,to be told,no that this erson would be paing the highe higher rent, because no has movved out,she changed her story rom what she told the erson behind cclosed doors.this erson isnt hay about this.the erson had a aer sent to hr to give to the manager so she could see how much her income is,and gaveit to her,and to be told something else behind close doors,is so confusing. Why should the manager behind close doors tell one thing, then this erson aroaches the manager again, the maager says oh no thhat this erson will be aying thhe higherprice.

I have been invited by a close friend to come and visit them at NLH.When I was looking for a parking space I was having a hard time parking my car ,because it was hard seeing the yellow lines, and when I got out of my car there were are alot of crackes in the oarking lot,I asked my friend how old the building is and if the parking lot has ever been resurfaced and she asked someone who lived here for longer then they have and the persons reply was no,my friend was really surprised, then my friend asked who owned this property,my friend said [name removed].The trees aslo ned to be replaced outside, some of them are dying.around the parking lot.The inside looks really nice. The person thye have right know for maintance is doing a great job with the cleaning. The maager which I asked my friend her name is Sue S. is very nice. She is a very busy manager.she works for [name removed].My friend had mentioned. their is a grill that hasnt been used for a long time. The tenants did have 2 nice gatherings and thye did enjoy it,and my friend does hope there will be more. The onlly thing that [name removed] new lenox has is bingo on and some ladies play games, and cards. There needs to be more fun activites for the residents at this place. The rent has gone up 3 times a ressident told my friend.and a few people have moved out. Some people do own cats.My friend has complained when she goes to do her laundry, their is cat hair in the washing machine, and she has to clean the washing machine out,and the dryer, she did fing out they do pay to have them in their apt.My friend also found out when people first moved here there were not people with walkers at this place, more people are moving in with walkers, and the place feeels more like an indepenpependent living, and slot of care takers are coming and going out of this building.it is very hard to walk in the hallways because of the wakers are in the hallways.Someone from maagemenet needs to make a surprise visit toNLH. to see it for themselves.Where they buils the facility wasnt a good location.Nothing is close by for alot of the residents.alot of them dont drive.Location is so important.I hope someone does read this because my friend is very concerned fo r all the tenants that live at theis facilit.Thank-you for taking the time to read this long text.
