Ridgeland Senior Living is a beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained community, which gave me a sense of comfort when looking for a place for my dad. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the people, beginning with my very first interaction with Dana. The staff is consistently pleasant, resourceful, and genuinely passionate about the residents in their care. The nursing team, in particular, is extremely hands-on and attentive. They don’t just do their jobs, they are truly in tune with the residents as individuals. I especially want to recognize Nurse Debra. On the day I moved my dad in, I was emotionally overwhelmed, trying to hold everything together. She noticed right away, took the time to reassure me, and spoke with such compassion and understanding. Her words gave me the space to breathe in a moment I desperately needed it. That interaction alone showed me her level of commitment and confirmed that this is more than a job for her, it’s truly her calling. Since then, the team has continued to go above and beyond in caring for my dad. Nurse Brianna, Briana, John, Rachel, Crystal, Andres, Quinn, Craig, Bula, and Edward have each made a meaningful difference, and while I can’t name everyone individually, there are many others who deserve recognition as well. Knowing my dad is surrounded by people who treat him with dignity, patience, and kindness gives me a peace of mind. One area of opportunity for improvement would be the consistency of daily activities. Ongoing engagement and stimulation are so important for residents’ overall well-being. I recognize the Activities Director manages a great deal, and her efforts are truly appreciated. She absolutely has a passion for what she does, treats the residents as if they are her own family, and consistently shows up with care and dedication..I have seen this firsthand. With additional support or expanded programming, the activity schedule could become more consistent, further strengthening an already caring and supportive environment. I’m grateful for the care, compassion, and heart this community shows daily.

All I can say is WOW! First, the facility itself is gorgeous, and I understand opened this past summer. But this place is so much more. It’s filled with kind, compassionate and the most dedicated and caring staff I’ve ever experienced. No special request is too big or too small, the only objective is keeping residents safe and happy. I could see the love passed around on my tour by everyone from the Chef who came out to talk to the residents, to Activities Director in full on karaoke mode with a gospel singer, to the dedicated nursing team, Sales staff, and especially the sweet receptionist. The place was spotless and everything beautifully set up. Kinda felt more like an all-inclusive resort, but with a homey-friendly vibe . Extremely competitively priced if you start researching private pay.

We looked at Ridgeland Senior Living today. Dana showed us all around and explained everything to us. She is a very pleasant lady and we had a great conversation. She took the time to answer all our questions. This is a beautiful place and they have lots of things for the residents to do. You can be as involved as you want to be. I would highly recommend it.

Seniors that are looking for a place to call home, look no further. This Senior Home community is a hidden Gem. The facility is beautiful and they have wonderful creative events for the Senior community. The environment is pleasant and welcoming. The staff is kind and the food is delicious. Dana Horton, the Director of Marketing and Sales, was wonderful to work with during our Tour/HOA meeting. We were looking for a place for my mom to feel comfortable with in leaving her comfort zone to a look for better options for a more long term solution. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Dana answered all of our questions with patience and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the people she’s working with. Excellent experience, the goal is to get mom into Ridgeland as it seems like nice fit and mom really liked her tour from Dana!
