The owner Caleb is beyond awesome. I got a referral from a nurse when I was in the hospital for my mom and the nurse told me to call them from the very first time I talk to him. They helped out tremendously and got me the right stuff I needed to get her approved to get help. If there's anyone needing help for their family definitely use them they are beyond nice and the owner does truly care about his patients that they have and make sure they have top notch staff working there. Caleb and his team, have been wonderful with working working with my family to get my grandma the absolute best care she needs after a fall she took… him and his team have worked so hard to find the best fit possible, and make sure my grandma is comfortable, and very well taken care of…he has also been the best at making sure to keep all of my family updated with what is happening with my grandma's care team, and making sure the best possible outcome is happening, he has taken all of my family's concerns seriously and worked hard to resolve them, he has also helped us twice now set up physical therapy, to help her get back on her feet. I truly cannot recommend Caleb and this wonderful team enough, there is no one else I would trust with my grandma!

I just want to say since I've known of FirstLight home care it's been nothing but outstanding service and customer service from their end. We were in a position to need 24hr, at home care for my mother after recent fall and spending time at a rehab facility. We were faced with the daunting situation of needing this care with a very short lead-time. I had called and interviewed a number of agencies in the area.From the first call I had with Caleb, I found his answers to any questions I had to be very forthright, genuine and refreshing. When our final decision was made, he had already understood our general needs and just made it all happen!A follow-up call with Teri, their Dir. of Operations, took all of our detailed needs into careful consideration through an interview with us, and created a comprehensive care plan for our approval- before choosing and assigning caregivers.Their attention to detail was evident from the quality of care she received and meeting the needs of her special requirements, by matching caregivers to the patient. Even Stephanie, the owner and registered nurse, was kind enough to follow-up to ensure everything was going well, and all of our needs and expectations were being metAll of their actions were very professional- yet personal. FirstLight is a recent development here at the Grand at Twin Lakes and so far it has been a positive experience. I personally get two showers per week and thus far the people that help me have been prompt and on time. Management has been pleasant to work with and presents a positive helpful attitude.

The fact that she doesnt have to give up her home that she has owned for 40 years and I dont have to move her to a facility, or into my home makes this service great.
