The only reason I gave a 3 star review is the staff working there is kind and I believe most of them are doing there best. But, they are short staffed and because of that patients suffer the consequences. After a call button is pushed it takes half hour for a response is quick, most of the time it is an hour. When a patient depends on the staff for there needs whether needing pain medicine, turned over, or changing, they should not have to wait. My mother had a bed pan left under her for about 45 minutes and then I pulled it out and cleaned her. Makes me wonder what is happening to the patients that don't have anyone checking on them. I'm there alot. I have more stories from my observation but they are not my family and I'll keep it to myself. But please do your best and be with your loved one if they are in Miller's. Whoever runs this place needs to hire more staff so patients don't suffer and staff doesn't get burned out.

Generally speaking, it (MILLER"S/they (EMPLOYEES) can do better. Our just say, if it wasn't for the elderly reaching the age, where help is needed, and for the ones who need rehab, Miller's and all places that have this service, NO ONE would have a job. If the people who work there, DON'T have in their hearts, to give THE BEST, care and SERVICES, to the people resides there, then they shouldn't be there. NOT everyone who holds ANY position there, from the TOP to the BOTTOM are all UNCONCERNED, but you KNOW who you are, and should STEP DOWN, and fine another JOB and or PROFESSION, it's NOT for you. GOD SEES EVERYTHING, AND EVERYBODY!!™™

My mom is a long term resident here. The staff is fantastic with her and she loves being there. She says the food is really good with snacks and a varied selection every day. The staff of nurses, et all, treat her with dignity and respect. My mom said she feels safe there. I feel good knowing she is safe and not alone. I go there several times a week at varied hours. All the staff is good with the residents and I have never seen anything untoward. Thank you Miller staff for taking such good care of her.

I just wanted to say Thank you! Caleb and his team at Miller took the best of care of my mother during her stay! I read the reviews but trust me, this place is amazing. It's clean, and the staff kept my mother very clean and she was so happy to be there. She raved about the food, especially the shrimp, and the nurses and aides, both day and night shift, took such good care of her. I actually had tears when we left because it was as if we were leaving family! Thank you 100 percent from the bottom of my heart!

This is my third stay here at Miller! Having stayed at two other places, I wouldn't go anywhere again except here! The staff here is caring and helpful! The food is top quality!

The staff is caring, competent, compliant and kind. I work up North in more southern Chicago suburbs and refer people to this location regularly. They were 5 star rating prior to covid and have done a wonderful job managing and caring through the pandemic. Every family that I follow up with has been grateful for their care. Worth the drive from up north to have peace of mind your loved one is in good hands!

Well I was there about three weeks and it was a very pleasant experience, everyone of the workers there treated me with much respect, and kindness, they were so caring! The servers in the cafeteria, wow, kudos to them! They work above and beyond there duties. The C.N.A.'s were very sweet and always there for me, they were very helpful!! The Nurses were always on top of things, their patience and kindness were so appreciated, I've never seen Nurses so busy yet make time to see how I was feeling and making me more comfortable. Thank You Nurses and God Bless !! I will definitely recommend Miller nursing. Thank you to PT., speech therapists and occupational therapists. Thank you to the drivers for keeping me safe on the rides.to all my appointments!!!
