I cannot say enough good things about this company. They made one of the worst times of my life manageable, livable and at times, even beautiful. These wonderful caregivers (all of them equally caring, competent and consistently amazing) gave my family, close friends and me quality time with my husband while he was in hospice. Their pivotal role in his peaceful transition will forever be appreciated. Highly recommend this group!

Home Helpers does an incredible job when caring for loved ones. We needed 24/7 help for my mom and we hired Home Helpers. From day one they were very supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up having three caregivers and they all took amazing care of my mom. They are priced well and offer wonderful care. We were in a pinch and needed care with a 24 hour notice, Home Helpers was able to set us up within hours. They were efficient and walked us through the process. Thank you Cheryl, Lily and Sophia. The staff is very accommodating. We have been using the agency for almost one year and have never had a problem or complaint. The caregivers have been wonderful and the office staff is efficient and very friendly. Most organizations have suffered post=pandemic to find good team members but not Home Helpers.

My dad is a WWII veteran and has had Home Helpers for about 18 months now. They are a wonderful/caring company and have worked well with dad for arranging the care he needs. He loves his caregiver. The best caregiving agency I have used of the many tried over the last ten years. Attention is given to accurately creating a care plan and providing caregivers who can accomplish those specific needs. Charging for actual time worked is better than other agencies. The nice thing is every caregiver I've had from this agency hasn't minded doing the job and has been pleasant to work with. This sure beats caregivers from other agencies who are mismatched or just want to look at their phone.

Home Helpers of Hinsdale was a lifesaver for us as we navigated Mom's need for assistance. She went from being fairly self-sufficient to needing companionship and attention on a continuous basis. We cannot speak highly enough of Home Helpers in Hinsdale. Fran took excellent care mother in law while they were visiting from out of town. She was just wonderful with her. Sherri was a big help with the scheduling and patient with us when we needed to make changes. Communication was easy and timely throughout the entire process. I know how difficult it can be to place a loved one in the care of someone else. I had to do this with my Mom when I could not do it myself anymore. I wish I knew about Home Helpers back then. I am a Caregiver employed by Home Helpers of Hinsdale and for the past 3 years I have had the pleasure to work with an amazing team who cares and respects their Caregivers as much as they do their clients. They try their hardest to match the right client with the perfect Caregiver for them. I have 2 clients right now who I love and I enjoy making their lives better. They hire the best and and I respect the Caregivers I've worked with. They are honest, trustworthy, and professional. Excellent training is provided and management and the office personnel are experts at assisting in any problem or concern you may have. I rate them 5 stars only because I can't go any higher, and because of the compassionate care and support offered freely to their clients and Caregivers. Home Helpers of Hinsdale is truly one of a kind. Out of all my jobs thru out my life, I've never worked for a company that appreciated me as much. I'm sorry it took me this long to find them, but I'm sure glad I did.

Home Helpers has been great! They helped to find us a caregiver for my mother and father. They are available to answer any questions that come up. They have been more than patient and accommodating as we have recently needed to change schedules. The caregivers that we have met have been caring, kind, compassionate and helpful. My parents would say that they are like another member of our family. They help to do laundry, make meals, keep my parent engaged, drive to appointments, etc. We are so fortunate to have found them.
