Initial impressions were great but it only took 1 month of care before money was stolen from my parent. In addition, care givers were not reporting money tips being given to them until I reported it. I was not satisfied with their investigation or follow up on that matter. In addition, the original Care plan was not followed as initially set up which caused unnecessary issues. Care givers mostly sat on their phones and one even took a nap.

We had a great experience with the All Trust team. Jen was very helpful on the phone, and Donna met with us right away. Caregivers Tiffany, Siennah, and Ernestina gave my mom companionship and care when she needed it the most. Reesie in HR was always there to answer our questions and make adjustments when need be. Some of the Care Pros have been on the care team much of that time, so that we know them very well and they know well the needs of our elderly relatives. The entire team at All Trust was excellent. The managers were professional and responded to our every need at a time that couldn't have been more stressful. My dad was 100 yrs old with dementia and had a broken hip. The caregivers helped us make a smooth transition and handled my father with respect. They were able to make him comfortable with strangers in his home and he felt like they were family. When we put him in hospice it was so hard on me and my family. Those caregivers supported us with kindness and knowledge thru the stages of his death. I don't know what we would have done without their help, especially at the end. We were alone and trying to give medication to my dad at the end of his life. Without the care giver telling us what waa going to happen we would have panicked. If you want the very best, I recommend you use All Trust.

I was recommended this company by someone who previously utilized their services. It wasn't easy for me to have to contact a company to watch over my father for a few days until I returned from a business trip. I will say that from the moment I placed the call to All Trust for service, everything involving them exuded professionalism. The caregiver they sent was kind, and actually cared about the well being of my Father who was unable to walk on his own due to a fall. I'm not a person that leaves reviews. But in this case I think it's important. My wife who has passed in March was in hospice, and I was undergoing treatments for cancer. All Trust Home care sent an angel from heaven and her name is Grace. Even tho it was a short period of time she cared for my wife , you would have thought my wife and her had been friends for many years. She was exactly what both my wife and I needed. The reason for All Trust Home, was to give me a chance to sleep at night so I could get some much needed rest, and be able to take care of my wife during the day. With Grace caring for my wife I was able to rest comfortably. I just want to say thank you All Trust and especially to Grace.

I had a extremely positive experience with All Trust Home Care and would highly recommend their services. My mother, who presently resides with me, was no longer able to spend time alone due to the progression of dementia. Within a short period of time, I was provided with an in-home assessment, an answer to all my questions and, shortly thereafter, with a very appropriate caretaker for my mother. Cannot say enough good things about All Trust and the quality of the home care they provide. I never thought we would find anyone caring and trustworthy enough to help with my 89 year old mother with memory issues. But All Trust help has been like have an extra family member around, they are so genuine and caring. Plus they all have special training in memory care. They are life savers and allow us to keep mom home which is what she wants.
