My wife's sister is a patient at WARREN BARR NORTH SHORE. The rehabilitation center is well run with programs and support. Patient rooms are well maintained. The well trained staff is caring. There are onsite physical therapy and dialysis units. Plenty of free parking. Everything is ADA compatible.

Walking into North Shore, you can rest assured you'll have an extremely positive experience. No matter what may be going on inside the facility, their dedicated team of highly trained, professional and caring staff will personally make sure every single one of your needs are met. All around great vibes. It's also super clean and smells quite pleasant. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to receive quality care. Not a visit I'll soon forget.

We chose Warren Barr North Shore for our Grandmother based both on recommendations and our own research, and in retrospect, could not possibly have done better for Grandma. From her first day she was treated with respect, sensitivity and empathy by what was clearly a quality and well trained and directed staff. My father has currently been there for 2.5 weeks now and the whole entire staff has been nothing but great to him.he went in unable to walk and was back walking within 5days.i met wit the care team for his clearance to come home and he chose to stay until he can't anymore.its a clean peaceful productive environment .thanks Warren Barr for taking great care of my dad

Great place, they took my Mother here. Staff was attentive. Her needs were taken care of and she was clean. The location is pretty and also very clean. Nurses were kind and treated her like if they were her own. I would recommend Warren Bar, but only to this location I absolutely trust.

My grandmother was in this facility for a little over 3 months. Clean, well kept, and the staff were all amazing. The nurses are kind and were willing to help answer all my questions. I would recommend this facility for sure. The Administrator Isaac was a great source for any concerns I had.

My father has been through some traumatic experiences in nursing facilities. He was placed here after I worked with a hospital case manager to find him somewhere that truly cared. Since being placed at WB Northshore, he is now thriving! His vitals are stabilized, he's gained weight, his speech and confusion state improved by 80% and we feel he's genuinely in good care. They do have some staffing and transportation issues at times but overall WB is a caring and good skilled nursing facility.
