My loved one has been at Charter for a week now, and everything is going great. We had some horrible experiences at other places. I have shopped around and personally spoke to nursing directors at no less than 2 dozen places all around western and South suburbs. Because our needs were at a higher level, it has been a very stressful experience. Finding Charter at Hazel Crest has been a relief. Everyone's kindness and service are felt and not just a sales pitch. The place is kept beautifully clean after the recent reno. Their security procedures are comforting. Jeana and the whole staff are amazing. Keep up the good work.

After a year of our loved one being at Charter, we are very happy with our decision to pick Charter. The staff always greets us with a smile and with the utmost professionalism. Our loved one is much happier and in better physical condition now. We highly recommend Charter!

Charter of Hazel Crest was my best decision ever. I was so confused about which direction to go in with my mom. After visiting the community, I knew my mom would be in great hands. Excellent caring staff.

I placed my mom at Citadel Estates of Hazel Crest for a 4 day respite while I traveled out of town. I work for the state of Illinois, so I am very particular and my expectations are high. I found the facility to be very clean and well maintained. I noticed no urine smell, as is custom in a lot of places. It was small and quaint. My mom had her own private room and bathroom, as all of the residents. This was very comforting, as my mom has her own room with me. The administrator, Mr. Shepard was kind and professional. The DON was professional and thorough as she went over my moms medications. The entire staff was nice and made my mom feel at home. I will certainly use and recommend Citadel for your loved ones. Bravo Citadel and Thank you for taking good care of my mom!

The Citadel Estates of Hazel Crest has a great facility. I give it 5 Stars. I would recommend The Citadel Estates of Hazel Crest to anyone who is looking for assisted care services and memory care for their loved ones. The care that is given to our love one is superior. The staff are well trained in their individual fields and very knowledgeable of all the facilities services. The attention that is given to each and every resident is heart warming. We are very happy with the level of service that the Citadel provides. They were just the facility we were looking and we couldnt be more pleased.
