My mom has been living at Gurnee Meadows for over 2 years. I am so glad she found this place. It's quiet, clean, and everyone is so nice! The rent is affordable and everything is convenient inside the apartment as well as the location of the building. I live about an hour from my mom and it's nice to know there's a tight knit community here. I would recommend for anyone 55+ to consider moving here.

Very nice building, super clean, well managed, my mom is very happy to be here! This is what a 55+ apartment should be! They could teach other places a thing or two. The apartments are cozy and spotless, it gives me peace of mind that she's in a good place.

Gurnee Meadows is very quiet and well maintained. There is an attractive library and tv room on the third floor across from the laundry room. A storage area is also provided on each floor. There are no ceiling fans or garbage disposals in the apartments. The machines in the laundry room are probably the originals. The elevator won't be repaired on the weekends. There are baseboards only in the bathrooms and parts of the hallways.

I love my apartment, my 4 closets one of them walk-in, spacious rooms, the galley kitchen, the balcony and the garage parking. Maintenance is excellent, very responsive. Everything is very well thought of including the location, it's tucked away in a quiet part of the city yet close to all conveniences, shopping, highway etc. I highly recommend this complex.
