My mother-in-law has been at Arden Court in Geneva for nearly 2 years. The professionalism, care and loving attention that they give to her is beyond expectation. Every one of the staff knows each patient personally and takes an active interest in their well-being. You hardly ever see turnover in their staff, which says something also ! If I could, I would give them more than five stars!

Arden Courts of Geneva is the place to be for anyone with memory care needs. The staff are so knowledgeable and caring. You can feel the genuine compassion from the entire team. Everyone is trained and skilled in caring for residents with dementia. We could feel the difference from the other communities we toured as soon as we walked in the door. Our family feels truly blessed that we found Arden Courts.

I visit my friend weekly at Arden Courts and the staff is great! Greg meets us at the door and knows everyone's name, such a great guy! Marta is always friendly and will stop to help you with whatever you need. Maggie is one of the caretakers, she gets an extra gold star! My friend has not always been easy to deal with. Everyone has treated my friend with top notch care and respect. They also treat the family as they are dealing with a lot too. Memory care is not easy on the patient, family or the staff. Arden Courts are doing a great job treating the whole family! Thank you for taking care of my friend! Sandy

Arden Courts is a great facility where the residence are treated with the upmost respect. They are well taken care of and the staff is very caring and loving to each and every individual. They also take the time to get to know the extended family as well. I have had the privilege of being a part of the community at Arden Courts for the past six years and cherish every moment that I get to spend there.

Arden courts was the answer to prayer, after visiting many memory care facilities, walking into Arden was literally a breath of fresh air! The best thing is the residents meet for coffee in the morning and talk about weather and current events and are given a daily schedule of activities. Everyday there are at least 3 activities mother attends. Most facilities had weekly activities not daily. I knew mom would not be wear housed and sitting alone in room all day. Also activities aren't mandatory so if she needed down time, that's ok too. A good portion of residents are at same level of social interaction as mom and she has peers to talk to and socialize with. Most memory cares I looked at had maybe 2 or 3 peers to talk to. I definitely recommend Arden courts for your loved ones

An amazing team here with incredible tenure. Joette, Justine, and Nina have all been here for years and show their commitment to residents and families with their long histories of service and warm personalities. The location is a huge advantage with Delnor Hospital and plenty of stores being only minutes away. You can rest well knowing your loved one is in caring and gentle hands here.

While my mom resided at Arden Courts in Geneva, every staff member was caring, kind, patient, and attentive to my mom's needs. The facility was bright, cheery and extremely clean. I would recommend Arden Courts to anyone looking for a place to trust your loved one with.

My mom is currently at Arden Court St Charles. The home -like atmosphere, smaller patient to staff ratio is what attracted us to bring mom in. Facility is clean and staff does hourly checks on patients. Nursing staff is attentive and answers any questions we may have. However, there are days that we find mom's diaper in need of immediate changing. Totally understandable that if staff is busy that I ended up changing her but they will do it if we ask. They have outdoor field trips that I think should be free for residents, but it's not. Not sure if they do community fund raising to help offset some cost for such, but they should. Overall, rest assured that if you have a love one with cognitive impairment, Arden Court St Charles is the place to be.

Arden Courts has been a blessing. In 2023 we had to find a safe place for my brother who needed memory care. We stopped at Arden Courts on a Sunday and asked for a brochure. We were given a tour and got a whole folder of information. While we were waiting, a couple came in, and I asked them how satisfied they were with the facility. We were given a wonderful testimonial about everything they were happy about for their loved one. Arden Courts is bright, clean and safe for the residents. The longevity of the staff made our decision easier. Every time we are visiting, I've witnessed how caring and concerned all the staff are for the residents. I can sleep at night knowing my brother is safe, well fed, warm and comfortable.

Arden Courts is one of the best memory care facilities I've personality experienced! Every worker and resident is treated with such high dignity and respect. The residents are basically allowed to roam freely and do so as they please with supervision for safety! The nurse staff is very friendly,caring, and communicative.

For my career of 24 years (so far) in senior services, I have always known Arden Courts to be the OG of memory care. Since I have moved to the Fox Valley, I have loved working alongside the Geneva location in terms of dementia education and implementation the Virtual Dementia Tour through Second Wind Dreams. I love how the architecture of an Arden Courts intentionally cares for its residents. I love the high value on dementia training that they insist on for their staff. I love the homelike feel upon entering into any Arden Courts. Arden is consistently one of my top choices for referrals in my consultation work. I'm proud to introduce Arden to my clients because I know they will be received into good hands. And no, I get no incentive for these referrals - they are initiated purely out of wanting the best dementia care in the Fox Valley area.

Staff is very adequate with being available to let you visit. They serve very good food to the residents, along with great hygiene regimens for all residents. The staff is consistent with not a lot of turn around it seems. Feel secure with my loved one there.

In March of 2021, my sister-in-law became somewhat suddenly disabled. During her 2 months of hospitalization, no specific diagnosis occurred but rather the need for the family to find another placement for her. This was a daunting task, and we faced many roadblocks. Ultimately we hired a case manager, Beth Kreisman, to help us find a place, and she found Arden Courts of Geneva. So, a year ago during the last week of May, my sister-in-law moved to Arden Courts of Geneva. To say this place is a godsend is an understatement. They have embraced my sister-in-law with open hearts and arms. She actually thinks she works there, and they acknowledge that and know just the right ways to redirect her when needed. I visit for a few days every month as I live in Tennessee, but every time I have been there, I have observed the administration and staff treating the residents with care and dignity. They also welcome all friends and family with warmth and the understanding that this is a tough journey for all of us. I attend the monthly webinars with Dr. Tam Cummings and each month I learn something new...even if the topic is not specifically related to my sister-in-law's particular type of dementia. I have encouraged everyone I know who has a loved one with dementia to watch these presentations which are easily found on youtube after the actual dates they occur. Arden Courts of Geneva is providing my sister-in-law the greatest quality of life we could possibly expect at this time. For this I am grateful beyond words.

My husband is a resident at Arden Courts of Geneva. Everyone, from the administrators, front desk, nursing/caregiving staff to activity leaders, has been kind, cheerful, and supportive. Not only are they hardworking and patient with the residents, but also with family members. The residence itself is clean and well-designed to give a sense of freedom and openness along with utmost safety.

Arden Courts is the absolute gold standard for memory care. They have a kind, caring and professional staff. Arden courts feels more like a home than a memory care facility. It has beautiful grounds and nicely decorated facilities. The meals are excellent and served in a nice dining room. The guests have freedom of choice but always have the support of the excellent caregivers. There are many daily activities. The residents are treated with dignity. It is an amazing place.

After a stroke in August led to my husband being in the hospital and rehab at various facilities, Arden Courts was recommended to us for his long term care as his memory declined. After 1 visit, we decided that Arden Courts was the place for him. Hes been a resident there now for almost 5 months, and we couldnt be happier with the staff, the facility, the care and caring he receives. Everyone makes it their business to know and respond appropriately to the residents and their families, making us all feel welcomed and respected. The rooms, the meals, the snacks, the daily activities are all above reproach. We feel it is a wonderful home for my husband, and were thankful we found it.

Finding a suitable place for my wife Sally was difficult. After three unpleasant and unsafe, situations in Texas and Illinois we found Arden Courts in Geneva Illinois. This is a clean, comfortable , well staffed facility which provides plenty of activities, good food and watchful care. Staff is well trained and available to answer questions anytime. Im glad she is in a place where she is safe and contented.

To the Director of Genevas Ardon Courts, My family was fortunate in having your staff look after our wife-mother, Pia Middleton. The kindness and care she received was so appreciated wed be remiss not to thank all the caregivers on her wing. During her 10 months there, she was shown kindness, respect and care we could only have hoped for. It is such an important decision where to entrust the care of a loved one, you did not disappoint. There were outings, activities and when we were not there, she was left in your trusted hands. There were not only hugs after her passing as we went to clean out her room, but also sincerity and thoughtfulness throughout her time at Arden Courts. Please know we were touched and blessed by all you did, and for the friendly faces that even showed up to the viewing and burial. During such a difficult time your staff were not only caregivers but friends and a constant comfort (to both Pia and we as well).

Our family was fortunate to have found Arden Courts of Geneva for our father, Israel Cancel. He spent 19 months there, and was cared for with the utmost professionalism, respect, compassion and love. The daily care; activities-field trips; interaction with management, staff and residents; and balanced meals made for a smoother transition from his home to his new home. Our hearts were at peace, knowing that he was in a safe environment, as well as being taken care of by well-qualified staff. He adjusted rather quickly to his new surroundings, and enjoyed his friendships with everyone there. Israel passed away in March, in the trusted and caring hands of his caregivers at Arden. We are thankful that he became a member of the Arden family, as they became members of our own family. We will forever remember everyones kindness and love. If you are looking for a special place for your loved one to continue their journey with Alzheimers, this is the place to consider.
